How to get this off my truck?

Washed my truck this weekend and I had something on the paint that I couldn't get off.  Some thick liquid dripped on my truck and ran down the side about 5 inches.  It's clear and hard now.  I got a little bit off spraying it with All Purpose Cleaner and scratching it with my finger nail but I can't get it all off.  Any ideas?  I tried the clay bar - didn't remove it at all.

I had never really dealt in them, but the company I work for uses them a lot on our Orange Road Construction signs since we reuse them. Best thing to get car lot logos off or wax from cracks and crevices.

If none of the above suggestions work, Isopropyl alcohol diluted at least 50/50 with water and a microfiber towel should remove it.  Just make sure to reapply sealant or wax after.
