rrmccabe
This CC sponge may be my new favorite VRT applicator. So much easier to apply to trim and not the things that surround it. The fabric does a nice job too. Rich, wildcatz80, DetailedbyTate and 1 other

0 Rich
Never thought of using it, but I can see where that would work well. Thanks for the tip.
0 pirahnah3
Going to have to try that idea out. Are you able to clean it out easily after application or do you just need to leave it as a VRT applicator?
0 rrmccabe
I just put it in a zip lock baggie. I never have liked leaving VRT applicators out as they collect dust and crud. The square foam VRT blocks are disgusting to wash I use the hex grip for VRT on my tires and hex grip for tire shine on my wifes tires. I keep them in baggies as well and can label the baggie so I don't get them mixed up. Basically, I have unique applicators for everything.
0 pirahnah3
I have done that with VRT applicators in the past, your right they can be a pain to wash, I have had some success if I have some APC in a bucket for cleaning and letting them soak but not much easy cleaning otherwise. 0 Editguy
I took one of the black foam blocks and cut them into different sized pieces to fit the various spots I apply VRT to. 8675309'SS and falcaineer
