I am probably going to do a full color change vinyl wrap on my car.

Can this stuff be used on Vinyl?

Yes, it's safe for vinyl wraps, according to the product website and other inputs I've seen. Take and post some pics!

I watched a video on YouTube put out by Adams for the ceramic spray and I'm pretty sure one of the vehicles they used it on had matte black vinyl center stripes so not only can it be used on vinyl but matte vinyl as well. Win Win.

Yep, you can use the new Ceramic Spray Coating on a vinyl wrap, and I have with great results! Here's a quick video where Kyle demonstrates application on gloss clear coat paint on a C10 truck and also on a matte painted hood on a Hellcat:

 

 

The application process would be the same for a vinyl-wrapped surface, with the exception that you do not want to machine polish vinyl. Just make sure that you very thoroughly remove all residue from the coating, because if you would leave any high-spots they might be a little difficult to remove on vinyl afterward. If you would happen to get a high-spot, use a few drops of Brilliant Glaze and that should help to remove the high-spot if you get to it quickly enough.
