Perry
I have a X5M and the rims are gloss black (power coated). It seems to have this cloudy glaze over them. The powder coating is only 2 years old. Any thoughts on which product would remove the cloudiness and restore them back to its gloss black shine?
0 red94chev
You're gonna have to polish them and get them sealed with something. Ceramic would be best but hitting them with Paint Sealant every 3 months or so would work also.
0 Perry
What product do you recommend to polish it? Also should I use a machine or do it by hand?
0 falcaineer
Start least aggressive, so FP and white pad. CP and orange pad may also be needed. By machine preferred, much easier, faster and more uniform. The Swirl Killer Mini is likely your best bet. But some hand polish may be needed in tight areas with hex grip pads.
