0 RayS
In the US nearly everything that I have deal with for residential stud spacing is 16" on center. Granted, I have dealt with a couple that were 12" and I've worked with one that was 24", but I don't recall any being around the 11" mark. It pretty much looks like some good sheet rock anchors are in order no matter what your stud spacing is.
0 rlarsen462
For what it's worth I have three of those and none of the holes are drilled into studs. I used 50lb drywall anchors for each and they are super solid. 6 bottles don't really weigh that much.

I wouldn't recommend picture hangers which are rated for 30 lbs. The 100 lb are used to hang a couple of heavy wall ornaments and the drapes for the picture window. Any hardware or bigbox store will have these in stock: https://www.lowes.com/pd/E-Z-Ancor-50-Pack-1-1-4-in-x-3-8-in-Dia-Standard-Drywall-Anchor-Screws-Included/1080931 DaleH
0 galaxy
Yea, I used anchors. Don’t know how heavy, but it’s not going anywhere. I just thought it was funny that the screw holes were that close, LOL. RayS
0 Rich
Anchors, or just nail a 1 X 4 to the wall on the studs and attach the holder to that. Or do like I did and just attach it to your detail cart! Yo-Yo Ma's Cousin
