Portable Power.......

TheMorningRise

Question

I'm putting together a layout plan for a new trailer and I am at a sticking point when it comes to power.

I am looking at the following........

https://www.harborfreight.com/engines-generators/gasoline-generators/all-generators/3500-watt-super-quiet-inverter-generator-63584.html

and

https://www.championpowerequipment.com/product/100262-3500-watt-wireless-start-inverter/

This will be a permanent, secured set up in the trailer.  Just wondering if anyone has any experience with either of these generators.

My pressure washer runs on fuel, thus the generator is not needed there.  However, I will be running a pump (rather than a gravity fed system from the water tank) with it along with the following (not all at once); one or two polishers, vacuum, blower and smaller extractor.

Input is welcomed and thanks.

Honda is the gold standard...and priced accordingly. Yamaha is also highly respected. Harbor Frieght is second tier, at best. Personally I'm not impressed with many of their products. Admittedly low priced. I have no personal experience with Champion, but thier reputation is less costly than the gold standards with a large number of happy customers. Of the 2 your looking at, I'd definitely pick Champion.
