Any idea on how to get hard water spots off?

I work solar construction, water truck drivers here have worse aim than a drunk trying to pee, these spots are all damn over my car now and I have not been able to get them off. 

Any products or tips to get these off?

If they are not etched in to the paint (they do not appear to be) they should come out with machine polishing.  Finishing Polish should do it, but they may require Correcting Polish.

If they are caught quickly, Waterless Wash and Brilliant Glaze can also take them off.
