  1. Hello all! Terribly sorry that we have been hard to contact, as stated above we are extremely short staffed at the moment and we are really trying our best! However it is very difficult for our three reps to service half a million customers. In the future if ya'll continue to have issue contacting us feel free to shoot me an email at emery@adamspolishes and I will get to you as quickly as possible. Or even feel free to send me a message within here! We are committed to giving our customers the best service we can, and we are working on bulking up customer service! Please continue t

  2. Carpet care...a million ways to do the same job. Carpet and upholstery cleaner work well, as does APC on some stubborn stuff. As for equipment, what’s your budget? We use a shop vac, MyTee hot water extractor and a vapor chief steamer. We also use a tornador tool, air compressor and master blaster revolution and/or sidekick. One variable is “what’s clean to you?” At a clinic we hosted (and @pirahnah3 and @ZMAN024 can attest) we took a clients garage queen car that was “clean” and extracted his carpets. The water that came out of the extractor looked like coffee. Som

  5. Get a spray bottle and fill with 16 oz of distilled water and 1 oz of Rinseless Wash. Love this stuff. You can mix up the dilution and put in a smaller bottle to keep in the car with a borderless Gray (the plush one) for bird bombs. That’s what I do. If I am going on a trip overnight with the fun car, I’ll take my 32 oz bottle and use the solution for the aforementioned bird bombs, cleaning the windshield, and spraying the bugs on my bumper. Easier to get those suckers off right away as opposed to a few days later. Check out the great deal on the plush grays on amazon.

    new sticker pack

so with the awesome success of sticker Mystery buckets, what do you think about bringing out a new sticker pack or bundle. If anyone's like me I have a grade school love for putting stickers on all my stuff from home tool boxes to work lockers to my hardhats. What do you guys think?

  7. Diluting Rinseless Wash 16:1 and using as a waterless wash is amazing. I truly believe this is the best kept secret of the Adams community. It’s pennies on the Dollar compared to Waterless Wash and produces better Shine. I would happily pay double the price if they would replace the bubblegum scent with the waterless blue raspberry though lol.

  8. Emery it sounds like you guys really do need some more reps. I did see where there are some job postings. So hopefully you guys will get the support you need to support all of us! We are a needy bunch sometimes and perhaps a little spoiled by people like yourself. Keep up the good work fella ??

  9. @shane@detailedreflections is right, and she was a clean car, and to the eye the interior looked clean. Even the owner was surprised at what came out of those carpets. Also I had my new Challenger extraced by Shane and Marquis, only 3k on the clock when they saw it and it was still a bit of a green tea colored water after they were done with the fronts. Ill be back again for sure to have them keep up on it and keep those smells, mold, mildew, and other junk out of my carpets!

  10. Seems to be these questions popping up a bit here lately. If anyone from the Connecticut or New England area is ever in need, a while back I made the offer to match Adam’s sales on our services for forum members. So if Adams does a sale, it’s a chance to save. We are always willing to work with our clients and I’m sure I could provide a reference or two right from this forum if you needed! Just offering. I know DC is a bit out of our market! Wish I could recommend someone there for you.

  11. Used, you have a ton of options... I’ve bought a lot of used cars and the key to finding a good one is patience, but when you find it, pull the trigger quick, cuz it won’t be around long.

  12. Yeti was supposedly for the outdoors person hunter/fisherman, I will be damned If I will give any money to a company that has a knee jerk reaction to the anti gun liberals. Dicks Sporting goods and REI are two others. I was a member of REI for over 40 years and will no longer step in their doors or buy for them online. Plus YETI was made here in Iowa and closed the plant. Now I think everything is made in China or the Philippines.

  15. In this case, it makes a waterless wash-like solution at a much more economical price point. The same is also noted on the RW product page. Take a look at this for more info.

The stickers are fun. I miss the stickers with the tweaked logos that would come as a surprise in your order occasionally. And I would love if they did a run of these again:

  20. If you aren't seeing responses to email, try checking your spam folder. I didn't think I was getting responses either and after email a couple times, I finally had a response come through that showed previous response that I hadn't seen before. I checked my spam folder and saw that they had responded to every email sent, I just wasn't seeing them. They have a ticketing system and responses are sent from some weird email address. I can't guaranteed this is what is happening for you but I felt pretty embarrassed about following up after a response was already sent. When I have called, it has tak

  22. If you have a little wiggle room in your budget I would suggest looking at a used Chevrolet SS. It's a bad *** sedan weighing just shy of 4,000lbs with the 6.2L LS3 mated to a 6 speed! Basically the newer version of a G8 with in my opinion a far better design. Some other good options would be a used Buick Regal GS, Mitsubishi Evo, Subaru WRX or STi, Audi S4, BMW M3, Infiniti Q50, Kia Stinger or VW Passat TDI or V6 to name a few. Keep in mind some of these cars such as the Audi and BMW will need to be a few years older than the other cars to be in your price point. But a nice used Audi S4 with

  24. Thanks for the warm welcome! It's amazing how much time is consumed raising kids, but it's the most rewarding thing I've ever done... I couldn't be prouder of my boys. My son is another reason I'm here. My oldest is driving now (recently bought him a used car), so I figured it was something we could do together as he learns how to care for his car. When I decided to order some car care products and tools, and first came across Adam's I wasn't really sure about it. My first thought was "this stuff is expensive" (in comparison to the big brands like Mothers or Megui

Kyle, I think it’s awesome you are looking to get input from customers/forum members. Obviously, Adams cannot please everyone, but you guys definitely seem to connect with customers better than most companies I know. You guys do a lot of things right. Let’s start with that. Pros Customer focused Back product line with excellent support Quality products made in USA when possible Great team led by a real good guy in Adam Cons Forum support from actual Adams team seems to have diminished in recent years quite drastically
