  1. I bet the microfiber product is the Apron ? maybe ? lol.. Apparel item = bag already maybe ?
  2. Im gunning for Team Camaro... they are from my home town here!! Bullrun (the TV series) is a dulled down version of the actual Bullrun event. I've yet to be in the Bullrun event but have been to some of their parties and man oh man.. it is awesome. Bullrun = cheaper version of GUMBALL
  3. I think I read in a thread that undercarriage spray is flammable? Probably not the best for people to be using. I wonder if VRT can be watered down and then sprayed into some of the areas? EDIT: nvm posted at same time.
  4. Thanks for that response Keith! I don't want to get shot but I'll have to do a little research on what the 3M synthetic polymer sealant product is that they recommend for a sealant over a carnuba wax.. I'll be set to go afterward!
  5. As the theory of one sounds great, the battery life would be minimal and you'd need like 10 batteries on hand. Or they can just attach a car battery to it.. making it weigh about 40lbs.. lol
  6. lol Yeah, i got 10 minute lecture / lesson on how to sew from my Mother lol... went something like this "they machine sew'd the sides etc.. flipped it inside out etc.. then put the sponge into this small spot then hand sewed here.. thats why this part came undone" lol.. okay.. well as long as it works
  7. So... wash it and leave it at that... ? Makes since, that way it will stick to the car.
  8. Had my mother take a look at the Pads after Church today... she gave me her view of what happened. The pad is machine sew'd on the 2 short ends.. and partly on the long side... but the middle section of the long side is hand sew'n and that's what has popped / come undone. She says she can hand sew it (double cross stitching or something?) and it won't happen again. SO.. I may have her do that and save Adams a little money and save em some time! Here is what I'm talking about: (from my thumb to my index finger is where the stitching has come undone, the hand stitched part) After she stitched it: (yeah she used white thread.. lol)
  9. Yeah, I know what you mean, RainZ works GREAT!! but soon as it starts to wear off its horrible.. visibility is worse then when it didn't have any RainX on.. I've started using BSG on my windows but haven't been in any rain yet to see how it works..
  10. what you're saying makes since... I don't know if it would stick/ahear to the car any worse or not...
  11. I realllllly liked the first proto-type adam posted on here, it would atually match my new camaro really really well. It'll be like christmas when a detail bag and MF Apron hit the online store for purchase!!
  12. Sorry if this is already in a thread but I checked around and couldn't find anything that strictly mentioned this.. (though the site has been loading slow and giving me issues). I'll be getting a Clear Bra put on my new car once I get it. The catch is, I'll have to drive it home (26miles) to wash, clay, polish and wax the car... The question I've got I think I already know the answer to (yes) but I'd like to ask some of you..... Where the Clear Bra will be applied (front of car) should I give it little extra attention? Such as clay, S&H, polish and wax the area really really good, giving it a couple coats of wax.. before having a clear bra put onto it? I'd assume yes since it'll be the foundation of what i will see for a really long time. any input would be greatly appreciated.
  13. Ject - 2004 Silverado, KS, TAGURIT (soon.. 2010 camaro plate will be "5TH GEN")
  14. I sent an e-mail to you Adam about it... Well with wanting to detail a little more today.. i desided to use my other 3 pads (bought a 6-pack) and 2 of the other 3 had the same issue.. out of 6, only 1 has survived first time useage... I can have them re-sewn (spelling?) since my mother does a lot of that type of stuff so really it wouldn't be a problem to do.. and be really strong stitching at that.
  15. Yeah man... I pulled the wording "Silverado" off my tailgate and this 1/8" - 1/4" thick padded tape stuff was under it... I've used a ton of "Goof Off" and "Goo Gone" and about 35 minutes to remove it all... just from 1 badge. I could still see a dark ring where the lettering was... used Swirl and Haze remover and Bam.. worked like a charm. Good luck!!
  16. Im all for the bag.. Love black with a nice visible Adams logo on it.. Im ready to buy!
  17. This was the first time I had used them (bought them last week, never used). I just started using Adams products this week and love the products. I'll toss an E-mail their way and see if I need to just re-stitch them up.
  18. I want one.. but I'm worried at how much Car Soap i'll go through on it, I can see it going really fast. Are you going to offer the Foam Gun only? For those who have 1-2 Gallons of Car Wash already and don't need another one just yet?
  19. I was just curious if anyone has used the "Adam's Microfiber Applicator Pads" and had problems with the stitching on them? My first use of the item to apply revive polish ended up poping the stitching after only doing the hood and 1 panel on the side of my truck. I used another for the buttery wax and its stitching poped as well about half way through. I used a 3rd one for the Brilliant Spray Glaze and again the stitching come undone but not until the very end. Now, I can redo the stitching no problem.. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem?
  20. Anything I get from UPS is always, ALWAYS Dirty as heck and looks as if its been used as a soccer ball... But anything from FedEx that I receive is usually fairly clean... its almost as if they wipe the boxes down?
  21. I use VRT on my Chevy Silverado's dash because I don't feel like using Armor-all and I don't have the leather conditioner since I don't have Leather seats.. and never have, probably never will. Hopefully after a while it doesn't hurt it ? I think the dash is some kind of vinyl?
  22. Would be news to my ears (well eyes technically)
  23. I got 2 wax (black) pads... 1 for buttery wax so i don't care about the stain.. and 1 for machine wax.
