Adam's Dedicated Bug Remover Product?
simplife replied to Steve_S's question in Washing, Drying, and Decontamination
To lessen the probability of permanent paint damage, especially where love bugs are prevalent, you could protect your car with paint protection film first.- 21 replies

OP, is that a Ram Air III or IV? Looks like it doesn't have the optional hood tach (I've heard they were inaccurate and unreliable but does add to the "cool" factor. Also, thought that hidden headlights were standard on all '69 Judges but have seen a few others with exposed lights like yours. I think all the early production cars were Carousel Red until midyear at least.. You could have a very early production number.

Storage Totes / Containers for Gallon Jugs
simplife replied to Kingsford's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
I was referring to the standard size crate (12" X12"). You are referring to the Supreme crate that you purchased which is (14" X 14") and is also taller. My original post was in reply to your statement below in which you told Matt that only 2 or 3 jugs would fit in a standard milk crate. My intent was to show those who might be interested that they may not need the extra size of the Supreme crate if they did not need to stack with pumps in place thereby saving a little space and some $$$$ since the standard crates are easily found. Sorry for any confusion.- 16 replies

Storage Totes / Containers for Gallon Jugs
simplife replied to Kingsford's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
My crate is 11 inches tall. The standard crates advertised on the web site you posted are 10 3/8 inches tall. Don't know if anyone makes the taller standard size crate. The date stamped on mine is 9-80.- 16 replies

Storage Totes / Containers for Gallon Jugs
simplife replied to Kingsford's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
Here is proof that 4 gallon containers will fit in a standard size milk crate (12" X 12") with room for a 16 oz. spray bottle in the middle. Obviously you cannot stack with pump attachment. The tops of the jugs are just below the top edge of the crate, so you should be able to stack crates as shown.- 16 replies

Close enough. It's a TVR 450 SEAC, circa 1988. None imported to the US. Probably the ultimate wedge.

Since it looks like Rich won't be able to post until Sunday, I decided I couldn't wait and have posted my own "guess what it is" pic. Sorry for breaking the rules!

Recently bought a used Galaxy Gray Element SC. Paint texture was very rough due to prior history of neglect. Following a wash and claybar polished with Revive, then Buttery Wax. Engine cleaned with diluted APC in foaming bottle, then agitated with Boulder Blonde Boars Hair brush and Lug nut brush. Rinsed, then dryed with Metro Vac followed by appiication of Super VRT. No before pics but it's a big improvement.

simplife replied to simplife's question in Interior Cleaning & Care
Yikes, your right! Eric's website shows currently unavailable. -
Any resellers out there have this brush in stock? Apparently it is one of the products that Adam's has discontinued. If not available, do you have any other recommedations?

On a similar note, I have purchased and paid for a Boulder Blonde Hair Wheel Brush in early September and it is still on backorder. If it was not available when I ordered it, why wasn't it listed as "currently out of stock"?

Are you planning any mods like tires, wheels, suspension? I know you don't want to do any cutting on that bodywork.
