Clay bar before sealant?

I just got the truck and I don't believe it has ever been clay barred. The paint feels pretty rough. -
Should I clay bar my vehicle before sealing or go ahead and seal it anyway?

How does WW do with mud? Im not talking like super thick stuff, just a little bit. Is it better just to rewash your vehicle?
