  1. Thanks for the tips. It is how I thought it was, but nice to get confirmation. Tomorrow is suppose to reach 39, so looking to going to self wash and use 2 bucket system. Then drive g Home. Then do a rinseless wash to remove water streaks and such. Then clay bar, glaze and buttery wax!!! Next day interior clean and vrt treatment and glass Monday the wefts new highlander
  2. No I had two buckets. I used the microfiber towels just to "pat down" the car and get alot of the stuff on the car. I used a new microfiber towel for each section of the car. Once I did that I used the double soft towels with the 2 bucket system. Of course driving today caused the car to get dirty again. So tonight I used the Total Interior Detailer!!!
  3. Well we had 2 inches of snow yesterday and the weather is suppose to be frigid for the next several days. I decided I could either go shovel snow or go in the garage and use my rinseless wash for the first time. Rinseless wash won that debate! My car was pretty dirty with salt and such so what I did I got about 15 microfiber towels soaked in warm water and patted the towels over the areas with most of the dirt. Then I followed the directions of the rinseless car wash. The results are amazing! My wife thought I was crazy, but now I think I will be doing her car this evening! Es
  4. Does Adams Polish make the same amount of money regardless if I get from Amazon Prime or direct from the website? Hate to cut into some ones profits
  5. Hello As a newbie I am learning that clay barring your car is highly encouraged and almost a necessity. I am ok with getting the product, but want to know the worst thing that can happen using the clay bar.
  6. Thanks guys... Looks I need to learn about clay bar! Looks to be order #3
  7. Hello New here and my new hobby for the year is to maintain the new cars my wife and I just purchased. I ordered the Buttery Wax and have a question. ] Is this wax good enough to not have to use the more expensive waxes? These are not show cars and main concern is look and protection
  8. Been looking at all the products here kind of like a kid with the old Sears Toy Catalog around Christmas time. I have a question. I noticed I can get car shampoo for a regular wash, or I can get a product where I do not need to rinse with water or I can get one which is pretty much water free. Do these all provide the same quality of wash? When would I use the rinse free or water free
  9. went in my garage where it was extremely cold and wash the windows on my Avalon. Explained to the wife that this is normal behavior and my new hobby Also placed my second order from here. Good news this one was only $56!
  10. Thanks for the feedback. Just placed my first order here and hit the $300 level!!! May have to not do the full hood and just go 24inches up. I do like the idea of doing behind all the wheels. Will let you know what I come up with!!!
  11. Thanks guys. Just about to place my first order!
  12. Hello I just purchased a new 2013 Toyota Avalon. I am planning on maintaining it with Adam's products. I am also looking into the 3M PPF. I am trying to find out from others if this is worth the money. Never used it and I di not know any one who does it.
  13. My names is Eric and my wife and I started the new year off with new vehicles. We traded in our 06 Avalon(no I was not in the normal age range of the Avalon) and 12 Prius for a 08 Highlander and a 13 Avalon. I have decided to maintain my vehicles as a hobby this year, Been laid up last few days so been googling car washing techniques and such. Stumbled upon instructional videos from Adam's Polishes, and been reading the forums. I think this is the company I want deal with going forward. Looking forward to reading about tips and also someday be able to add my two cents worth after I have some experience.
