I am so glad I found this thread. I had wax on my plastic as well and the All Purpose Cleaner didn't work at all. All Purpose Cleaner was useless for this task. Peanut butter worked as described. Effortless.

Hi all, I just got my essentials detail package and washed my car with the two bucket method. Then I started to clay the car with the detail spray. I took one clay bar out of the package and it was very sticky. It stuck to my hands like chewing gum. Then I sprayed the car with the detail spray and the clay stuck to the car if I rubbed past the lubrication. I threw the bar away and figured I would try the second bar. No issues with that bar. It worked just like the video. This is my first time claying. I was wondering if the sticky issues are normal? I am still trying to get the sticky clay off of my hands (12 hours later) and it took A LOT of elbow grease and detail spray to get the clay off the car that was stuck to the paint. Is that normal?

Hi all, I am new to washing my personal vehicle and have a basic quesiton. Car wax: What is the difference between the Buttery Wax and Americana besides one being liquid and one being solid? Is one better than the other? Should I use both products at the same time? Sealant? What is this? Should I use it, and do I put it on after waxing?

Which bucket? The bucket with shampoo or the bucket with water only? Thanks!

Hi everyone. I was on camaro5 forum and they were talking about Adams products. I went to the site and watched the video's. There is no way I would have ever tried to was my car by hand, but now that i have seen the video's, I feel confident I can hand wash my vehicle. Does Adams sell a "Starters Kit"? I have no idea what to buy, but that would be perfect for a beginner like me.
