Glad you solved it. Another option is to let it sit longer before driving. It appears you prefer the matte look so after you remove the excess, let it sit overnight or something. I prefer the wet look so I spray it on, let it sit for 10 hours or so without even touching it further and no sling.

Oh boy, been using about 2oz for half of my foam cannon canister with the Red stuff. I guess I'll only need half an oz with the blue stuff

I still use the Red shampoo, gonna be done my gallon in the next few weeks. Definitely smells better than the blue stuff

I'm about to do both, very very minor touch up. I take it I should do the touch up first... Do I need to let it cure for awhile before applying the coating?

Out of curiosity, what about a coating instead of the sealant?

Posted this in another thread awhile back: Heads up if you are using a Karcher pressure washer or thinking about getting one: If you want to connect the foam cannon to the original gun/wand/handle, you need 2 adaptors. Once of which is a very hard to find as it is specific to Karcher (the one linked above, you can find it for $15 in the USA online if you look hard enough). I found one on ebay for $5 from China but it's gonna take a million years to get here... (turns out it's crap so don't bother) Or You buy a third party gun/handle with a 1/4 adapter but you loose the ability to rinse so you'd have to disconnect the pressure hose and use the original handle after Gotta like their lack of 1/4in support out of the box.... Edit: And stupid me that ordered 2 china adaptors because they are plastic so figured i'd get 2... I got the ones that are for the K series and I have the X series. Dumb me thought that K2 was for K series... so much for that Summary: I got one from an adam's competitor online and it worked great. I added a quick connect to it and voila.

Your steps are in the same order I do mine. 1) Probably gonna be easier to dry the vehicle before claying 2) Just wiping off the detail spray after a panel or 2 is fine, no need to rewash. 3) H20 works great to seal the windows until you get your hands on the real stuff, window sealant

I found that darker colours like Brillant Glaze and lighter colours like H20 better. It's been my observations anyways.

Wayy to much. I use one full spray per door, that gives you an idea... 2 for the roof, 2 for the hood and 1 per fender. So more or less a dozen of spray for the entire car. You should barely see the level going down for a full car

Someone said the J word I too found that the wash pad scratches my finish, given that I am one of the only one to report this, it's probably user error but I only do wash mitts now and don't have any problems.

I have an electric Karcher and I've been happy with it. One thing to remember with Karcher is you need to buy hard to find adaptors so whichever you choose make sure it has the correct connections for an easy plug and play

That's what I did and that PC in a 4in format is actually very powerful, I almost like it more than my Flex for correcting speed

I had an old bottle too and compared it side by side with the new stuff. It was at least 100% improvement with the new stuff, for sake of saving time alone, I'd say chuck it and get a new bottle.

Pads lasts about 3-5 full vehicles? Geez I must be doing something wrong because mine are lasting more like 20...

Even $150 USD is not cheap. I was surprised to me that the bottle only does 1 or 2 sedans though...

Too much product. I use 3 pea size drops for half a panel, then 2 pea size, then 1 pea size, then detail spray only. Then return to 2, 1, DS and so on. By the sound of it you have at least double if not triple the amount you should have with a foam pad.

Same here, water first then 2oz of shampoo. I only fill my bottle halfway and I still have some left after foaming a car and I almost use mine at its highest foam setting.
