  1. I'm in the middle of a paint correction project and I've run out of detail spray. Can I use anything else to spritz on the pads between panels? Can I just use distilled water? How about diluted Rinseless? Any ideas? Thanks!
  2. Does this work as well as glass sealant on glass? Will this replace the need for using glass sealant?
  3. Well, it looks like we may need some clarification from the Shine Doc!
  4. I see this product as a great time saver for those who detail daily drivers for dollars. (just to clarify, I'm talking about G&G, not soap soap!) I have some questions, that perhaps will be answered once it is released: Is G&G something that would be used on a garage queen, like a car that is already waxed with Americana or Patriot? Does this work on top of carnauba? Also, is there any dulling or build-up from repeated uses? What if someone used this once a week every time after a car wash? Is there a point of diminishing returns?
  5. Check out this old how to topic here: http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/9168-how-to-clean-alcantara-seats/
  6. Cool! How a bout a "wheel/tire" bucket for us crazies that are up to three buckets?
  7. Just curious if regular windshield washer fluid (which usually contains ethanol and/or ethylene glycol) breaks down glass sealant? i.e., should I avoid washer fluid on my freshly sealed glass?

We were in the same boat a couple of years ago after we cut satellite. My wife really wanted to record stuff to watch later, so we ended up going with TiVo since it was way cheaper than what we were used to paying. After a year we decided it really wasn't being used enough to justify the monthly fee, so we got rid of that also. There really isn't any thing else out there subscription-free except the Channel Master DVR that Jason mentioned. (Which I have not used.) The other option if you are technologically inclined is to build your own home theater PC with an over-the-air video capture device. That would end up being more expensive than the Channel Master though.
  9. I'd love to see the regular Adam's logo stickers make a comeback!
  10. There is nothing more disappointing than fishing up a nice two bucket wash only to open the doors and find all the little puddles of dirty water that have collected in the door jambs. (and trunk jamb- or whatever it's called?) What is the recommendation for cleaning the door jambs? Do you go over it with a damp microfiber after the wash? Or do you clean them well before the two-bucket wash? What does everyone do? (And on a related note- do you guys seal and/or wax in there?)
  11. For polishing, start at 3-4 to spread the polish out, then crank it up to 6. For spreading wax or sealant, 2-4. The low speeds really don't do anything except spread.
  12. If you just peruse the forum a little bit, or follow Adam's on instagram, you might find out more about: a foam gun: http://instagram.com/p/xqVoTPnTnf/ a new shampoo: http://instagram.com/p/xkEX2mnThF/ a new coating: http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/27543-new-car-prep-product-testing-2014-subaru-forrester/ new interior detailer: http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/23194-adams-total-interior-detailer-discussion/?p=431669 Beyond a few teasers, I can't imagine they would make too much information available until products are ready to ship.
  13. You might consider sending this out as an email blast. There are probably lots of customers that don't frequent the forums and would not know about the survey.
  14. Yesterday afternoon the Brilliant Glaze seemed to be missing also, but it is showing up this morning.
