  1. 110% satisfaction guarantee... filled with disclaimers? Only selective products are covered? I was unsatisfied with the original formula ceramic boost but at the time was the only option and now that Adams revamped the formula I inquired about receiving a break for shipping of a bottle of it. I didn’t ask for a refund/exchange or anything but a break on shipping. I do not need anything else at this time and am fully stocked on nothing BUT Adams stuff. Disappointed that the rep was unwilling to work with me being that the coating kit was $150 at the time and the old formula is terrible. I expected more from them. End Rant.
  2. TRADED Looking for: Rinseless Wash Ceramic Boost Microfiber or Glass Towels
  3. Website issues are a big disappointment.. almost impossible to navigate successfully
  4. Welcome aboard! Great decision to jump on the Adams train, you wont be disappointed. Both products and customer service are top notch!
  5. Looking sharp! Ironically I was just looking for the merino wool mitt to pick up soon but couldn't find it on your site so wasn't sure if you carried them anymore. But do see a few on the shelf, are they currently out of stock?
  6. I agree! I calced what you get and even before the bag price I was seeing their $99 value being greatly underestimated :-)
  7. Big thanks to Ben for the great customer service! I don't know of any company that puts more effort into making sure the customer is happy than Adams does. He was more than willing to work with me on the kit to make sure it met all my expectations. A++ for customer service from all of Adams!
  8. Any possibility to swap a couple of the bottles that come with the detail bag kit to other clearance/old label bottles?
  9. Full Adams show prep, loving the extra shine of brilliance!
  10. Just saw this...disappointing for sure! I will set a bottle of Adams Detail Spray in front of my car on all american sunday to represent!
  11. Welcome! Glad to see a group of Texans on here!
  12. It moves well, made sure to get casters that weren't junk and had decent bearings. Cut the weight down and used 2x3 with plain plywood as my shelf's. I picked it up and moved it just to see if I had screwed myself on the overall weight and surprisingly wasn't bad! Right at about 50 lbs unloaded. More than your cart you can buy but not terrible.
  13. Still an Adams newbie but she filled out nicely with clean and polish products with just testing the space. Someday I will be able to afford a full Adams transition...maybe.
  14. Thanks! No immediate plans, yet. Still debating what to do there.
  15. Well I decided to DIY a cart and make it how I wanted for the space I have. Still working on it but made some great progress.
  16. 16" is not bad, which is what the small version of the one Wolf posted up is as well. I was looking at making one 15" to ensure ample room all around but the extra inch may not be bad.
  17. Thanks! I actually stumbled upon your amazing detailed thread and was even more intrigued and impressed on your set-up! Still trying to get my bearings on the forum and that will provide a good amount of reading material. I plan to build a cheap, somewhat smaller cart that will fit easier in the space that I will be working. Most of the ones I can find are a bit too wide for what I need. Detailing in a two car garage where space between cars is limited. I keep my toy car in the garage so only have half of it to work with.
