  1. Hello Adam's Family. Now, I love Adam's products and I have only used Adam's products for the last 10 years. But, the last two orders I have placed have been screwed up. I email customer service and hear nothing and when I call all they say is sorry your item is backordered. No help no resolution. My backing plate is old and I need another one, so I ordered $100 in pads alone and a new backing plate for my 3 details this past weekend. I made sure I ordered it with plenty of time for my details. When I opened my box I got the famous paper slip saying the backing plate has been backordered... Now, I have to cancel my 3 full details for this past weekend. My question to Adam's customer service is with a company the size of Adam's, how in the hell is there no process of letting the customers know when there is a backorder? Instead having the customer open their package and see a paper slip... All the customer service said was well nothing they could do. It seems they are on backordered for another week +. I am loosing customers because no one or no process lets the customer know, hey your item is B/O. That away we can look else where for the item. I get items get sold out due to lack of product on the shelf. But, waiting for 3 weeks for a key item is unacceptable. I'm a Operations Manager and I would love to work for Adam's. This would be the first process that needs to be fixed. Just frustrated that I expected more from a major company. I wish there was a second distribution center on the East of the country to help solving these problems. Sorry for the rant it just screwed my weekend and money out of my pocket. Jason

  3. Perfect odds and ends... I will try this. Ricky Bobby the post is not about rust at all. It is the brake dust that is collected in the slots and dimples. Thanks for everyone's feedback :-)
  4. Thanks, Yes it would before shows. Since I have dimpled and slotted rotors the brake dust gets caked in these areas. I clean the heck out of the wheels and brakes but I may have to take off the wheel and give it a hard scrub with wheel cleaner . Is this stuff super strong? My rotors are painted ect, don't want to milk the paint ect.. I just bought a pressure washer. So that may help :-)
  5. Hello, What is the best product to clean the brake dust off brake rotors? I have slotted and dimmpled rotors. I have to be carefule cause I have Black Chrome PVD or clear coated Wheels. If I have to remove the wheel to actually hand scrub the rotors I don't mind ect.. Thanks
  6. Looking closer I see a stress crack or a bad plastic piece that was screwed up from the manufacturer.
  7. Well I took it apart. And here is what I found. The blue piece that hold the tube was broke. I have NO clue how this broke. The wand and container always has been screwed in together. I superglued this back together and I hope it holds. Is there something that's sopposta be screwed on the blue piece. Looks like a bolt is missing or something. I think I have to have another wand. Sad I only had this for a month and it's already broke :-(
  8. Hello gang, Has anyone had any problems with their foam gun not working? This is fairly new I have only used it about 6 times. Each time when I finish washing my car I ash out the gun and container and leave it apart to dry. Well went to use my gun, filled it like normal and pulled the trigger. When I squeed the handle of the sprayer I noticed the sprayer was stuck wide open. I had to manually push the part where you can adjust the spray gun and it shut off. I don't mind it getting stuck per say, but NO foam was coming out. I tried again and again but no foam. I then took the container loose and mashed the spray nozzel, and I noticed the soap was only going up the tube about 3/4 up the tube. I disconnected the tube looked for a hole and I found nothing. I reinstalled it and the same thing happened. No soap will go up the tube. Is this happening cause the spary gun is messed up or something wrong with the actual gun? Anyone have this problem before? Thanks Jason
  9. Hey I am from the Great state of Georgia also! Welcome :-)
