Well I got a Swirl Killer Mystery Box. That was pretty sweet! However for actual Christmas, I got the Glass Master Pro which is something I've been wanting to make cleaning windshields (front and rear) easier

Given Up on Glass Cleaning Towels
Jordan Silveira replied to scottkalbfeld's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
I know this is a bit taboo in these parts but I find Junkman's glass cleaning tutorial is fantastic. Cut with one towel {competing product name removed}. However, Adam's glass cleaning towels seem to be cut from the same cloth [+1 for the pun] with long nap on one side, short on the other. Polish/Buff with the second towel. The glass master pro helps in my BRZ so much with the tight angles of the glass. -

Yes I've used the pooling or sheeting method but probably could use more practice. I just felt that the Sidekick was pushing the water around but as it would push it around, the heated air would cause it to dry and it was being pushed around/away from the car, leaving water spots and causing me to have to basically use a half bottle of detail spray on my little BRZ to remove said water marks. As for AJ, I'm aware he is no employee or spokesman for Adam's but as an avid viewer of his videos, it was very clear what wash media he was using and from where and there have been more than one account of micro scratches/swirls from the said wash pads. I had no problem using them for my first detail seeing as I just bought a Swirl Killer MB to remove all swirls from my paint but surely bought the wash mitt and will buy more knobby mitts as well to avoid micro swirls that can be caused from the wash pads Adam's is selling. Now, if you or anyone from Adam's want to specify how and what has changed from the Adam's wash pads in AJ's videos from then until now to fix or rectify the micro swirl mark issues that not just AJ but many others have also said they've experienced, I am all ears! -

The J word lol?!?! what's wrong with the J man 2000? Also, @goheels and any other, can you tell me your method for drying with the MB? I tried this last week and all it did was push water around while the hot air only sped up the drying process thus leaving many water spots I had to hit with detail spray to get rid of -

Junkman has said the wash pads cause microswirls. He suggested Microfiber Chaniele wash mitts. I ordered one of the Adam's wash mitts as well. If I were you if you're dead set on getting a wash mitt similar to the Adam's one that just sold out of, look towards Meguiar's as they have one that looks very similar -

Hey Dan! Thank you for the compliment! Blue is my favorite as well. After owning all reds before (96 BB1 Prelude, 2013 Scion tC RS 8.0) I thought it was time to go blue finally and wanted something different than the usual World Rally Blue Subaru is known for so I elected for the exclusive Series.Hyperblue. 1 of 500. Thank you for the advice! I was pretty careful but wanted to get a sweet picture of it all. Good thing I have the front bumper clear bra'd for the time being. I am going to dive into the products tomorrow and before even started I am addicted. I want one of the SKP kits and the ceramic coating You guys and gals over at Adam's are abusive to my wallet's health.

Thank you Thorsager, I love it! It's polarizing as I've come to learn from others but I love it. Helps that it's exclusive as well!
