  1. The directions for Wash&Wax say: Pour 1-2 oz Wash&Wax directly on Adam's Wash Pad Spray hose directly on wash pad and create suds Wow! I am very impressed by this tip. I thought I had seen it all, but putting the soap directly on the Adam's large wash pad creates lots of thick foam in the bucket and makes the wash mitt super foamy and slick. If you are not currently mixing up your wash bucket this way, I recommend it! Wash&Wax worked great for me. Lots of long lasting suds and the car looks awesome.
  2. I got a bottle of Wash & Wax in the mystery box. Used it with the large wash pad and my car looks great! Lots of suds. I probably can use less Wash & Wax next time because the suds were so abundant! Smells great too, I think it is peach or mango. Good stuff!
  3. There are products that are no touch that will absolutely remove the rust from the rotors. I use them. They work. I am not familiar enough to know if Adam's has a product that is no touch wheel cleaner. I get a professional product from a major distributor that works. Forum rules probably prevent me from identifying it.
  4. Longevity is also a requirement as well. Yes, many waxes are going to make the paint look the same. How long the wax protects is what really matters. Check the way the surface handles water over the next 3 months and see which side performs better.
  5. Today's regular laundry detergents are formulated to work better with cold water. I don't know if MF wash has the same technology. Test it out. Wash a load in cold and a load in warm and compare!
  6. If you spill 1 cup of veggie oil, it's a mess. If you spill a 5 gallon bucket, it's a big mess. If a hose breaks on the filtration system, it can be a disaster. In 10 years of running on veggie, I have seen it all.
  7. First, I must apologize for no pictures. I dropped my phone in the parking lot of Brighton Ski Resort and broke the lens on my camera! I am afraid I have no pictures. My next reviews will have pics! Adam's All Purpose Cleaner Test subject: Asbestos tiled basement floor that goes to a walkout backyard garden and garage. Lots of mud, grease and vegetable oil tracked in (veggie oil from my diesel truck that burns veg oil for fuel.) I needed to clean my basement floor, so I thought, "Why not try out the Adams APC I received in the Mystery Box?!?!" The bottle had no directions for diluting, so I mixed 4 oz of APC with 2 gallons of water in a mop bucket. There was very little chemical odor, just a slight lemony scent. I mopped with Adams APC and rinsed the mop in the sink. Cleaning Power: 5 stars! Cleaned the mud and grease off the floor very well! Residue: 5 stars! Left no slippery residue on the floor! Chemical Smell: 5 stars! No harsh chemical smell to annoy the wife! Surfactant: 5 stars! The soap and dirt rinsed completely from the mop, so when I dipped the mop back in the bucket of APC, the cleaning solution stayed clean! Overall Rating: 5 stars! I will definitely purchase this product again.
  8. Thank you! It gets me lots of business!
  9. I guess I should have said "Thanks guys and ladies!" Looks like you have a 6th gen too!
  10. That's what I was hoping to learn! Thanks!
  11. Cool thanks guys! I am here to try out some Adam's products and see if they can help me in my detail business. I handle customers who only want the best products. Hope to learn about some good new products to try out!
  12. Greetings Folks! I am a part time detailer in Frankfort, KY. During the warm months, I have 12-15 customers/month and during the cold months I have 3-5. I am retiring from my real job in server security in 2017 and hope to expand on my detailing work. During the cold months, I like to ski the most extreme terrain I can find. I skied Alaska last April, heli-skiing and mountaineering. I plan to spend at least part of my retirement in ALaska. I have never used much Adam's product. I have wholesale accounts with most other product companies. I like Optimum products the best, Sonax and Gyeon next and Chemical Guys for fun! I thought I would check out Adam's because they post on the Camaro6 site that I spend most of my time on. I bought a Mystery Box and got some basics to try out. Looking forward to it. I'd be up for trading, since that seems to be a "thing" on this site, and sounds like fun! I have lots of new towels, products, samples, etc to trade. Tools I Own: I have a Porter Cable 7424Xp dual action orbital , a Flex PE-14-2 rotary polisher and a Cyclo Pro 5 buffer. Happy to be here!
