  1. To make a long story short, I was unfortunate enough to get hit in my brand new Camaro a month after driving it off the lot. They replaced my front bumper cover and painted it. They did a great job, however there is still some evidence of sanding. Also, I was told not to wax it for 60 days to let the paint breathe/cure properly. I know that I can polish it to add at least some protection until I can get a coat of Buttery on it. So, what would you guys recommend? Start with SHR and then hit it with a Revive Polish? Which is the least aggressive Adam's product, up to the most, in terms of polishing? The beast is black, by the way (yes, I am a perfectionist and I'm up to the challenge - its my 3rd black car). Thanks!
  2. Seriously, I try to park away from trees and do whatever I can but I can't get away from the bird crap. So not even the Americana or Machine Wax can offer protection against etching?
  3. I use the detail spray and microfiber towel to remove the bomb as soon as I notice it, but I'm asking what I can do to prevent etching from occurring, because pretty much every bomb leaves an etch mark. Is it possible that the mark actually isn't affecting the clear/paint and that the mark is in the coat of wax?
  4. I didn't know that claying was effective on etch marks since the clear is actually damaged.
  5. What would be the best way to protect from bird bomb etching? I applied two coats of the Buttery Wax, however I am still getting etch marks. Also, would the Swirl and Haze Remover be effective in removing existing etch marks?
