A "High Spot" is technically a spot that wasn't wiped, and light polishing by hand is usually more than enough to remove the high spot.

If it's a High Spot that wasn't leveled and wiped, you can use Finishing Polish on a Microfiber and Lightly, Very lightly rub the spot, it will remove the high spot without removing all of the coating.
