  1. Hey Howard! Great question. The waffle weave towels are designed more towards waterless wash. The waffle weave and waterless wash compliment each other. The waffle weave pattern will definitely pick up dirt better than the borderless grey. The waffle weave pattern is just more designed for that type of use. (I think. Don't quote me on that though) The borderless grey ones are more for rinseless wash, buffing product off, H20 G&G And other applications. Although no one says you can'!t try it But I'm not sure how well the results will be. I would also consider how plush that borderless grey towel is compared to the waffle weave. If you use the borderless grey on a dirty car it could potentially damage the towel and fibers of the towel; then you would be out of a towel or however many. Just something to consider!
  2. I feel the same way!!! If you spray some APC and let it sit for 30 seconds or so then take your pressure washer and blast it, It gets a good job of cleaning majority of it. Basically a degreaser
  3. @Editguy - Chris is 100% right. I am SURE they would send you a new towel. Don't underestimate the power of customer service my friend!
  4. Now THIS is awesome. I love carbon fiber everything! You’re genius for thinking about coating it with something! Even buttery wax, H20, any form of wax would protect it!! That would be so cool!
  5. Looks like a good start to me! You've got to start somewhere and you've got some good ones! I dont even have the one to the right of the valentines "A" with the grey backdrop and red ring!
  6. I understand the frustration with staining. But are the fibers of the actual towel ruined? or is it just the color? If it is just the color of the towel that has changed, the performance of the towel should still be usable.
  7. Couldn't agree more! Agreed Rich!
  8. @Tbone76 Sorry for the late response. But I was just bored and though I'd chime in on this topic. I did use the Buttery wax for a while on my black ford escape. Its not bad but it didn't have the longevity I was looking for. I upgraded to Ceramic Paste wax and I applied it towards the middle of August and it still is extremely hydrophobic. Im sure the Americana is great, but I figured I might as well go big and get ceramic wax as well as ceramic boost and I love it. I use buttery wax on cars that I detail on the side. Buttery wax is a good product if you like to wax about once a month. I am not a huge fan so I decided to go a different route.
  9. Anybody see this? This sign is maybe 20-30 bucks brand new. They have tons of them just sitting around the warehouse. "Limited Edition Signage" Hmmmm Lol interesting. This is extreme... I hope we can all agree on that one. Seems like this person wants to part ways with their collection... Good luck with that my friend. People don't realize they would have so much better luck if they sold bottles for starting at a lower price people will bid on it. And sell the kits individually. I just find it funny that they think someone will bid $999.00 on that.
  10. Holy smokes. thats crazy. But seems like people will do just about anything for these bottles now-a-days....
  11. Nice Michael! I picked up the new products this weekend and I cant wait to try them out! Car looks awesome!

  17. You should be okay I'd say. Im in the same boat. I live in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and it gets cold in the winter and we don't have a climate controlled garage. So it gets pretty cold. I had my products in the garage in some metal cabinets last winter and it had no effect on the products. You should be good!
