Just to prove to everyone that it is possible to have a winter in South Carolina, this is one of my favorite pictures from February 2014 and the white stuff is sleet.

No, we do not need to winterize the pool.  We just change stop the chemicals in November and start them again in March and reduce the filter time to 4 hours a day.

While frank, open and respectful discussion is always welcome, please understand this will not become another bash Adam's thread. I'm not at liberty to share specifics on product development, but I assure you Adam's is constantly evaluating their product line, their performance, and any necessary improvements. In the end, we always encourage you to try products for yourselves vs. trusting outside, third parties that may or may not give the whole story...that's the reason Adam's offers a 110% guarantee on all of their products.

As @Bscott94 said, by leaving them longer and jamming them in, it will ensure you get every last drop. There's also no harm in trimming, unless you cut too short 😬. My preference is to leave them longer and just squeeze them on.

Finally got to wash my ride after a long long winter. It hasent been properly been washed since last fall so I was excited to get er clean. This was my first time using Adams products and a pressure washer and I am just amazed to say the least. Thanks for all the info on here and thank you Adam for the great products. For the interior I used ID,Leather Cleaner and Leather Conditioner, waterless wash for the door jams. The exterior I used the blue shampoo,Detail spray,tire/rubber cleaner, wheel cleaner and tire shine and VRT for all the exterior plastic and door seals. I also sealed the windshield with Adams Glass sealant and cleaned all the windows with his glass cleaner. For towels I used every Adams towel to see what I liked best and for what. All worked really great.

My neighbors saw me out there cleaning my ride so they started cleaning theirs. Anyways I saw them out there with new cars but using cheap towels, paper towels, dish soap ect. I offered one to try my Adams products but he refused, the rag and dish soap and his one bucket was all he needed on his brand new truck. I snickered, okay then. He cleaned the interior, tires, wheels, exterior and engine bay....but all with the same one rag and a bath towel to dry. Yikes. Needless to say Im the new wash king on the block, thanks Adams! Anyways here are some pics..

Yea probably not a bad idea.  Maybe a couple times a year would be wise to remove them. Use wheel cleaner and maybe a steel wool or something on the backside and do the entire wheel.

The ceramic spray works for all surfaces! I think you should take the wheels off the car and spray the coating into a towel and apply it evenly and thoroughly. they should be coated evenly after that!

I joined the Adam's detailing family with the most recent clear mystery bucket.I've been wanting to get some of their products for quite some time; I've just been waiting on some better weather.

However.. Upon waking up at 6AM on a Wednesday morning, to an ad on the mystery bucket I couldn't not hop on it! Ordered it right then and there, albeit the site was going under maintenance and my card didn't process.. Didn't realize till 4 o'clock 😂 Reordered, getting the cheapest shipping.. And here it is Friday afternoon! And yes, it's been snowing nonstop. So much for waiting for better weather!

So.. Here are my first impressions.
    Mystery Bucket: $69.99 + $6.51 Shipping
    It included:
    5 gal Clear Bucket
    Snap-On Bucket Seat Lid
    Ultra Plush Drying Towel
    Interior Scrubbing Mit
    Single Soft Polishing Towel
    16 oz. Eco Wheel Cleaner
16 oz. Eco All Purpose Cleaner
    16 oz. Interior Detailer
    16 oz. Ceramic Boost
    16 oz. Car Shampoo
    16 oz. Detail Spray
    x5 Spray Nozzles

Now for the fun part, how it smells 👌🏼

    The Eco Wheel Cleaner:
Smells exactly like play doh. I just happen to like play doh.

    Eco All Purpose Cleaner:
Not quite sure what it smells like but it definitely smells good. Kind of smells like some shampoo I got from Hastings years ago lol

    Interior Detailer:
I think it smells like a minty Windex. Still smells good, it's intriguing.. I believe Adam said it was Eukalyptus Mint, though.

    Ceramic Boost:
I have no idea what it smells like but it smells very familiar. Someone help me out! 😂

Car Shampoo: It smells like that Blueberry JellyBean shampoo. Also got that from Hastings, no regrets. Smells fantastic.

Detail Spray: Probably the most well known smell on here that is arguably one of the best: Strawberry Banana.

    EDIT: Here's some pics

Been new car shopping for three days solid. Can't find what I want at a price I want.  Cadillac is 7 years old, but only has 51,000 miles on it, and it still looks new.  But to get everything I have now on a new ride will run me close to $60K.  Found a GMC Denali Terrain that the wife and I both like, but the dealers are such crooks. Won't take anything off and won't give me crap for mine.  The one Denali is a demo and has over 2000 miles on it (2019) and they won't even take off for the mileage.
So then we found a 2018 Acura RDX in blue with tan interior and all the bells and whistles, but when we got to the dealership.........it had just been sold. The new owners were still there signing papers.
One thing I saw at the Acura dealer was a new NSX. Holy crap what a car.  $189,000 worth of fun. Paint alone cost $7000 on the car, but that paint was spectacular.  Maybe I'll hit the lottery.
Next choice is a Cadillac XT4.  I like the XT5, but it's almost too big for just me and the wife.  Found one we liked but it was sold as well. Bad luck yesterday.  Test drove a Buick Envision too. Nice luxury ride inside, but the outside looks bland.
So for now I guess I'm keeping the Cadillac.  It's AWD so it goes in the snow and has every option possible. Good little car.  Something may turn up later.

I used the Ceramic Spray Coating on all the plastic trim on my Hellcat. It may have made the trim slightly darker. I am really happy with the results! I would say if your plastic is faded use the Trim Restorer first followed with Spray Coating.
