  1. My girlfriend just got a new 2010 jetta..black on black everything. Ive had my share of black trucks so I know how hard it is to keep clean. None the less, she is not as clean as I am . How do I keep that new car sent as long as I can and keep the car lookin new besides a weekly cleaning. Any suggestions. ?
  2. What kind of wax is good to use on an big rig? I know there is a special kind of acid wash they get, but is there any difference then washing it with some adams car shampoo and some fine machine wax and polish..something that is good on chrome and aluminum too.? Thanks for any suggestions
  3. Ok..that clears things up..thank you..but my other buddy has a black truck as well..and im detailing it to..but I think this truck has never seen a clay bar or wax since the day he bought it..would the revive polish work best on it?
  4. It will take the full day to do..is there any time I should wait before applying different things..like SHR, MP, and MW..?
  5. Ok..heres a stupid question..if I use the swirl and haze remover then polish then wax..wont that just leave more swirls i have to go back and try and get out.?
  6. Ive had some bad experiences with hand waxing but ive never really done any waxing with a buffer. Ive waxed my truck before and looked good, but then i would try and wipe the wax off and there would be streaks I couldnt get out or come time for the next wash you could see all the swirls. What am I doing wrong, i tend to overuse and wipe it off usually less than 5 mins applying the wax..whats the appropriate "haze" setting before you can wipe it off? Im fixin to detail my buddys truck, a black f350 4door long bed, everything blacked out. Should I use the buffer or hand waz..and what kind? thanks for any input.
  7. Im new to this site..heard about Adams on another forum. Seems like good stuff so Im fixin to order some to see for myself. I do a little detailing on the side. But got a question about the swirl & haze remover..the polish and the wax..which do I apply first? Im planning on using the fine machine series. Do I apply the swirl remover then polish then wax or how does it work? Thanks.
