  1. Awesome good to know, thank you!
  2. I tried using the blower they had their but it sucked. It was at a coin wash where I did everything. My hose at home was frozen and I couldn’t take my air compressor. I hope I gave the sealant enough time to bond and I didn’t remove it so quick, this was my first time using this sealant. The bottle just doesn’t really give a time just says to let it dry a little, I have detail spray I can’t wait to use and I have the g&g
  3. Just wanted to make a quick video showing how easy this stuff is to buff off! Incase there was someone who hasn’t tried it and would like to see just how easy it buffs. By far the easiest Sealant/wax to remove from all the ones I’ve tried. Hope it shows how well it comes off, sorry it was quick I was cold already lol. It was 35 degrees real feel in Chicago at this time that I was removing the LPS. I know I’m going to get ding on my black trim is terrible, I haven’t done anything to this car in the last 3 years 😭😔 and it shows my paint is terrible. But I got into wanting to detail again and this time I came back but with Adams products 🤗 The steps I took this night was, (wash, iron x, clay mitt, LPS) the most annoying thing I had was that for some reason I kept coming in contact with water that would come out from the crivices and smear all over as I would wipe off with my towel 😡and wouldn’t remove 100% is this because of the temperature outside maybe? Anyone know if the temp outside has anything to do with how easy or hard it is to dry a vehicle 9081E0B2-3786-44EA-A94B-60E578664EB4.MOV
  4. Goals! Haha, would love a bmw. Preferably manual tranny. RIP manual 😭
  5. I know this is pretty late but I just joined Adam’s forums as of recent and just came across this. But I’ve used clay bar from a different brand as well as a clay mitt that I currently still use. I must say I love the ease of use of the mitt vs the bar, not that the bar is difficult to use. But I love how with the mitt I use the soap from the bucket......same bucket that I use to clean the car with. And constantly emerge the mitt inside for cleaning and applying to the car again. Vs the clay bar you can drop it on the ground easier than a clay mitt and have to use specific lube like detail spray, rinseless wash diluted to a detail spray or clay lube. And the surface area you cover is much smaller. I have not noticed any scratches or marring with the mitt but I have seen some marring with clay bar in the past. Both products have brought me super smooth finishes.
  6. Dam this sucks haha, I just received and have been excited to use it, but I feel like I’ve came across more than one post that talks about the durability being weak on the LPS.....😔😔

  10. I’ll be honest I haven’t really tried the G&G that I just received. I got the old formula I guess you can say now. I’m excited to use it. How would this product hold up on its own??? I also received the paint sealant, just haven’t gotten any good weather recently. Everything has been in the mid 20’s on my off days so I haven’t gotten time to play with them 😢. So was wondering if I would be ok with the durability of it against the Chicago winter coming on its own or should I apply the sealant and then g&g, I just love how it seems to be a quicker application and so easy. I also saw the new video on the g&g formula. Definitely seems like a fine spray when it comes out vs the old formula looking thicker when it hits the surface. What are the thoughts on that? I feel like before with it spraying thicker atleast just mentally it seems like you would use less product as compared to now I feel like it’ll be easier to spray away
  11. Want to thank all of you for the advice and options, I’ll be looking into these options soon due to this Chicago weather. Seems to be getting colder sooner than I expected. We’ve been seeing 10 degrees already some mornings
  12. Was wondering which type of heaters are others using during these cold weather months in their garages. I have no type of insulation, is a 2 car garage. I was thinking of using some sort of propane solution
  13. Thank you, I’m more excited to use it. Im hoping for Monday since I’ll be off that day seems like I’ll get a high of 36 😒
  14. Welcome kevin, nice car. Just finished doing a detail on one of my friends fusion. Reallly nice vehicles. Would love to hear how that ceramic wax will do
  15. This looks amazing, I might have to try that some time. I just recently received my Adam’s liquid paint sealant. Still waiting to get a decent day off with decent weather here in Chicago to apply it and try it for the first time. Not sure what to expect from it. I’m hoping I love it. What are your thoughts on the paint sealant from a durability and performance stand point and just overall how you like it thNks in advance
  16. I think you answered my question that I had for Adam’s liquid paint sealant, couldn’t find info on this sealant being used on windshield. I’ve used chemical guys jetseal on glass and loved it lasted a long time. Now I have Adam’s but wasn’t sure if it can be used on glass since there is not much info. Saw Adam applying it on headlights as well.
  17. Liquid Paint sealant info on glass is what I’ve been looking for, how do you like it on the glass? I’ve used chemical guys jetseal on glass few years back and loved it and seemed to have lasted for ever. Now I have Adam’s paint sealant but haven’t gotten a chance to use it yet and was wondering if it can be applied on the windshield
  18. Has any one attempted to apply Adam’s liquid paint sealant on glass and see if it works?
  19. Thanks, thats good to know. I received the order I got from them. One of the products that I have a question about is the liquid sealant, can I apply this to the windshield as well? I see Adam applies it to the headlight and chrome I believe I saw on the bottle
  20. I would’ve also loved to have seen that product, I don’t really see them using it in YouTube or Instagram. They have videos on YouTube but they are pretty old.
  21. Haha, currently waiting on the, liquid paint sealant, h20 g&g, wheel cleaner, detail spray and shampoo. And can’t wait to have a nice warm day to give my Road Glide and Mk6 gti some love
  22. Hey what’s up guys and gals, I’m excited to have joined my first forum community and not just any community or any forum but an Adam’s polishes forum and detailing community. My name is Jose and middle name is Ruben. Usually go by Ruben due to Jose’s existing in every block lol. I’m located in Chicago so I’m currently experiencing 10 degree weather as I type this lol. Roughly 5-6 years ago I was introduced into detailing. My first products I ever purchased were Meguiars and mothers. Then I was introduced into chemical guys, and was blown away with their stuff. People loved how my car looked that I then started to detail other people’s cars. But I had some competition, at work I had some dude who would quote on quote detail peoples cars for $40 exterior and interior and would do it in under one hour. So I wouldn’t get too much business’s because he was cheaper. But he wouldn’t do things right, he would layer waxes on top but never clayed or did any decontamination. But then I forgot what happened and I stopped detailing my car and others. I use to be anal about it getting dirty. Time passed, 3-4 years later of not detailing or caring for a wash and today I sit with a ton of new products that I just purchased from chemical guys and currently waiting on a shipment from Adam’s to give them a shot. So now I want to detail my car but now I have to wait for those days that are at least in the 30’s! ? well i I want to say thanks in advance for any advice and tips that I ever learn from anyone
  23. Definitely want to thank everyone, this is the first time I’m part of a forum and is insane how much help someone can get from the community.
