  1. Yeah i don't put mines in the dryer either, its better safe then sorry haha. So i soked mines over night, and majority of my stains are gone. There are barley faint stains.
  2. Yeah, but the drying towel can be put in the dryer.
  3. Yes it does Silver. Just don't dry the blue MC towels, medium-low heat dry the drying towels.
  4. Luckily i haven't dried them. I'm rewashing/soaking them in the washer right now. I did spray some APC on them, i guess i will need more! Ill go back and spray some on the spots as we type. Thanks AJ!
  5. Do any of you guys experience dirty stains in your white drying towel? How do you guys get rid of them completely?
  6. I now understand it thanks to Shane  Off topic slightly - my brother in law has a chip on this truck..its very small, half the size of a pea. It is now rusting in that small chip, should i just fill it with touch up paint?
  7. Just a questions.. After wet sanding, the paint looks "dull" and then after you polish and what not it looks perfect. Well..What happens if the polish and stuff comes off? Im a little confused. I thought the polish takes off a layer of the clear, but if you wet sand a scratch, it takes off the layer of clear or the layer where the scratch is at. So if we went over it with polish? Will it take off the "dull" area i'm talking about or is it just covering it? Also, how you know what scratches can be/can not be wetsand. For instance, some "chips/scratches" on my hood looks like it down to the prime/metal. Hope you guys understand what im saying lol..
  8. Oh ok. I am actually happy with the results. I clayed, SHR, and then MSW. Compared to before, it looks great. Its a daily and sits outside all day so it'll never be perfect..haha. Thanks AJ!
  9. I got lazy and skipped FMP after SHR on my daily. I went straight to MSW. You think ill be alright? I guess the next time i wax, ill just apply FMP, then wax. Or should i redo the whole polishing process of SHR, FMP, MSW? Thanks!
  10. Which microfiber washing detergent? Edit: Couldn't find any at Wal-mart so i just picked up Woo
  11. I had no detergent (only had tide 2x with febreze, wanted to be safe and not use it) so i just raised it till majority of the polish came out. Then i wash it in the washer with no detergent on the setting of "hand wash".. Then air dry.. Im not sure how "clean" it is..
  12. I just used it as it came out of the box. I just put on the back plat, and adams pad. Im not sure what the "counter weight" is. If i remember i think its the metal half-circle thing. It says something about using only a 5" pad?
  13. Oh lol, now the numbers make sense.. I will keep an eye for the imprinted numbers on the cord Thanks!
  14. I didn't see anything on the cord besides a sticker that said "Maximum rating 10A, 125V and 1250W." The rest of the sticker was faded..
  15. Is it common for the PC7424 to vibrate alot when working? Or is that a sign of shortage on power from the extension cord? I used an orange extension cord around the house and it seems like the same thickness of the cord on the PC.
  16. Does this wet sanding apply to plastic headlights/glass also? The whole different direction stuff? I typically only go one way (horizontally). But maybe going a different direction like vertically, or even slant will remove more scratch marks? Thanks!
  17. Hmm.. if i do, you guys will be the first to know! Meanwhile ill be waiting for my PC i just purchased off this site..
  18. Thanks for the info guys. Honestly, the car isn't worth getting repainted. Its in great shape besides that spot. Ill just have to deal with it... Maybe ill respray with some can clear paint
  19. Oh ok, hopefully he reads my post! Another question, when detailing, can i do half the car one day, drive, and do the other half then next day? My teg is my daily..
  20. Oh by any chance do you guys know what i should use to reseal my taillights? It gets condensation/water inside and i think its because my taillight rubber seal is old and detached. Know anywhere i can find another weather seal or something?
  21. Ah crap, oh well.. Thanks for the help though guys!
  22. Sorry for the wait guys, heres a picture. (I think its oxidation?) If you look in the center, i could scratch off some of the white stuff, but its then "dull". I think its my clear coat peeling..Is there anything i can do to restore it?
  23. Hello guys, Thanks for the welcomes! I will try to post picture soon. Unfortunately, its raining... And the car I am talking about is my 2000 Integra.
