Newbie

I'm new to Adam's Polishes and have heard great things about the products but want to make sure I use them correctly. I will be mainly using them on my Harley. So, do I clay it then use the paint sealant then the brilliant shine then end with the americana wax? what if I don't use the paint sealant? Some painted surfaces are fiberglass and some are plastic, will the sealant damage them? Thanks for helping the Newbie! ✌️
