My lasy diesel truck was 2007 GMC 3500 dually Duramax. Now I have a 2009 Audi Q7 TDI and 2006 VW Jetta TDI. The Q7's 3.0L V-6 puts out 406 lbs ft of torque and flat moves. No pictures right now as I am in Iraq and takes forever to load with dial up speed internet.

Just saw this old thread and thought I'd chime in. Toyota does use single stage paint still. It depends on the model and which factory it was made in. My 2008 Super White Tundra code 040 is single stage no clear. On Tundras they say the only 2 stage paints are metallics.
