If you are sure these are on the surface,meaning not tracers from sanding under the clear, I would start with correcting with a micro pad as the paint could be very hard. Then you can finish with a foam pad Good luck!

Both corrected with the 2 step system on foam pads. Nothing major,just molested by dealer. After correction coated all paint ,wheels and glass. Thanks for looking
