  1. I'm sorry to hear about this....I swear I have seen this truck around close to where I live.....or you have a double out there....hmmm
  2. Thank you...I knew I read this somewhere before but couldn't find the thread....your reply is greatly appreciated........
  3. Cleaning the Gen 2 pads......a little all purpose cleaner, a good rinse and a good drying before use....is this correct??? Thanks for helping my lazy @$$!!!!!
  4. I haven't got the caster camber plates....this car has been lowered for a few years....just in need of new shocks and struts now. Possibly some plates too.....who knows......
  5. That's a big help...I will try them for what they cost. I want a medium type ride...not too stiff but not sloppy. I'll order them tomorrow.....thank you!
  6. I have the same lowering springs also.....so do you like these shocks/struts? I found a great deal on these and I was thinking of ordering them. Do they give a stiffer ride than the stock shocks/struts? If so....then I will get them. Thanks for your input!!!!
  7. This yellow is sharp!!! I like it!
  8. Me too, Thank You!!! I need to get a good stiff set of rear shocks....at a reasonable cost...any ideas???
  9. I did get to call my Mom today....she was released from the hospital after a week today....she is a mere 66 years young. Thankfully she is well......it appeared to be complications setting in from a surgery she had years ago. Happy Mothers Day Mom!!!
  10. No...ha ha!!! I came in and had a Bud Lite!!!!! Something he could only dream of having!!!! I should open a Bud Lite stand in my front yard and laugh at him for being 11 years old!!!!! Can you picture that....ha ha ha!!!:banana:
  11. I am so glad there is no noise in my KB.....but I do need to replace the 2 small idler pulleys....cheap fix......my clutch is still good and I dread the day it isn't....well....actually I have friends that can change it in short time....both Ford mechanics.....so dreading it won't be too bad.....
  12. Right now I have that total innocent look going on.....and no I didn't help him. He was selling lemonade at his house today and asked me if I wanted some.....40 cents if he delivered it and 35cents if I walked 2 houses down to get it......what ever happened to free delivery.....:lol:I'll shove a 2X4 in his spokes.....better yet...I'll charge him $200 to detail his bike with Adam's polishes!!!! You had to see it.....I had to come in.....it killed me!!!
  13. OK...there are a few boys in the neighborhood that ride their bikes back and forth all day.....and I am usually cleaning my car so this one kid stops and says to me, " That car of yours seems to be the main activity in your life"!!! I laughed because a kid minding his own business riding his bike noticed how I am about my car!!! Then the funny part.....he was looking at me again and crashed his bike into a plastic trash can across the street and fell off his bike!!!! I had to come in the house, I couldn't stop laughing!!! I wish I had a picture to top it off with!!!
  14. As soon as it stops raining and dries up out there, I am on my way to sears!!! I need a good cart like that also!!!!
  15. I may have found the issue.....to start, the car is lowered, has an aftermarket differential cover installed which is thicker that the original and needs better rear shocks. There has been a few times when I hit a certain bump in town that the rear end slams hard and causing it to bottom out on the bump stops (I will avoid this bump now knowing it is there). This caused a fuel line of some sort to crush...a plastic line at that. I got a new one and feel this will solve the issue. It feels like it gasps for fuel or gets a temporary bubble of air in the fuel causing the sputter/stall. I can see where the cover made contact with the line and it flattened it....a friend at a Ford dealer searched for the part and we ordered it. A simple "no tools needed" fix......I am sure this is it.....
