  1. Can CS3 be used post wash similar to H2O G&G or does the vehicle have to be dry?
  2. One other thing, the ceramic kit comes with a 4 oz bottle of the coating prep will that be enough to do my whole truck?
  3. Thanks I didn't realize it was safe for trim I must have been reading information about the former paint coating
  4. I'm a fist time user of ceramics and wondering which would be a better fit for my application. The vehicle will be a new 2019 F 250 that's black. It is my daily driver and will be subjected to gravel driveways, driving in the snow, and jobsite conditions. I know that the ceramic paint coating is thicker with a longer lifespan but I have a couple questions. The ceramic paint coating cannot get on the trim and glass from what I've read. I will not be using ceramic trim coating or ceramic glass coating I don't want to purchase and work with 3 different products. Should I use cpc on all the paint and use csc on the trim and glass? If so, how would you approach applying them? Can you do one and move right on to the other? Should I just use csc on the whole truck or would I be sacrificing a noticeable amount of protection from light scratching etc? I'm not as concerned with longevity more so the durability. Also fyi I have both products so that's not a factor. Thanks in advance
  5. Picking up a new F250 this week and with winter coming obviously I'd like some protection via wax or sealant. The truck is a new build and just hit the lot two days ago. Is it ok to use a LSP? I know it's recommended not to right away with fresh paint from the body shop but I wasn't sure if new from the factory was different. Thanks
  6. Thanks I will try to contact one of these guys.
  7. It's a diesel with an extended cab and short bed. Everyone has either crew cab with short bed or extended cab with a long bed. Throw in the gray color and it's 1 of 1 in this region
  8. Just picked up my new 2018 powerstroke! I bought it from a dealer in PA because the specs on it are a little rare and it was the only one on the east cost. Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait 8+ weeks to have one ordered. Anyway, we've had our fare share of snow this year and I'm assuming the dealership cleans the trucks off with a broom because this thing is hammered! Most notably the black b pillars have swirls that stick out like a sore thumb in any bit of sunlight. Are there any detailers or weekend warriors on here in the area that would be interested in doing a paint correction on this thing? i don't need a full detail, just paint correction only. Unfortunately with my work schedule and a shoulder issue, I can't handle the paint correcting portion right now. I have access to indoor shop or can bring it somewhere. I'm located on the eastern shore of Maryland. Thanks guys
  9. They are Dropstar 645's. I ordered them online can't remember exactly where
  10. Well most likely that last 2 bucket wash heading into colder weather. Most likely opt out for rinseless washes until spring now. Finished off with some HGG
  11. Just bought myself a used honda ATV that's in really good shape for a good deal. However the plastic fairings have a fair amount of light scratches and deep swirls. I'm not extremely concerned about it because it's made to work and go off roading and I intend to do just that. However I would like to dress it up a bit and get rid of some of them if possible. Does anyone have experience with this? Can you even polish or buff plastic? Secondly what should I coat them with? Wax, brilliant glaze, or vrt maybe? Interested to hear everyone's thoughts Edit: I'm not really sure if they are clear coated or what to be exact maybe someone who knows more can chime in
