  1. That is frickin sweet, I need this to work on my 99 Cirrus. JIMMY
  2. I have recently fiberglassed and painted my dash. The other day I went over it with 1500 grit sandpaper to get all the dirt and imperfections out. In using the PC7424 can I get the shine back. I know most places use a high speed buffer with different compounds but all I have are the Adams products. If I can do this, what are the steps needed to make it shine like glass. Thanks for any help JIMMY
  3. I always look at this way, the more you put the more time it will take to get off. You would be surprised how far little can go. JIMMY
  4. to make the gauge pods we put aluminum foil around the gauge then fiberglass matting and resin. That is how we got out shape and the reason for the foil is the fiberglass will not stick to it. JIMMY
  5. did not fiberglass the whole thing just the vents, glove box, air bag cover and heater controls. then body filler, high build primer and paint. Still more to come. JIMMY
  6. Oz finally got some color down and also got the clear laid down as well. Now we just have to take the dash over to my buddies house and put in it so we can see where the two tone will split. Then we can lay down the silver. This dash and everything else is lookin so frickin sweet. Once again thank you Oz for all the help and teachin me stuff that I did not understand. JIMMY Man I cant wait until I can use my Adams stuff on this. Here are a couple shots with first couple coats of clear. Here is some shots of Oz goofin off, i mean laying it down
  7. my bad I tried lookin for the post, sorry for repeating it. JIMMY
  8. Hopefully this is in the right section. I picked up the newest Street Trucks magazine at the store and found something really cool. It was a 4 page write up on Adams products from start to finish. Really nice article to read. Hopefully this will get more people to start buying more Adams. Sorry if this was posted earlier. JIMMY
  9. The HID's look great but I was never a fan of the 10,000 not enaough light on the road. I have the 6000k ones on all my vehicles. Glad that you like them. JIMMY
  10. A coulpe of other things about my dad is that he retired form CAT after 36 years with the company on Dec 3rd of 2008, he was true union man. He passion for NASCAR following the #17 car and his collection fo tools and especially DEWALT tools. He had tools that I have never heard of or probably will never use. He was a jack of all trades and a master of most.
  11. My dad has been battleing a fight with Cancer for the past year. At 2:15 am on 1/31 his fight ended. He went very peacefully and no problems. He has done so much in his short time on this earth, he will be truly missed. I have added some pictures to show everyone The first pic if with his surgeon after the first surgery and the second pic is my mom and him walking me down the aisle. The next pic is him and my mom, they were such a great lookin couple and the other pic is of him and I at my wedding These last three pics is his pride and joy. A 1988 ranger that turned heads no matter where he went. It is called WILD THING. It doesnt look like this right now is been neglected over the past couple of years. I will be slowly bringing it back to they way the pictures look now. He is the one that got me into customizing, he went the to sky while I went to the ground. If you can read what it says above the mural, it says "The one who dies with the most toys wins" and he did win. ALso he very patriotic adn his plates read "4 x USA". Once again thanks for all the prayer and his service will be on Saturday 1/7. He will be cremated as he has always wanted. I will be posting the times of service when we find out on Tuesday.
