  2. Great work HOT car-I love big Protouring rides
  3. Try there that is where ultimately my '06 awd 3ss was sold and it was to a good home. Autotrader was more a pain or full of solicitations than anything else.
  4. Chris we should get some Adams fanatics together
  5. 12-15 mins. I Hate commuting and found a good rental deal close to work and it was negotiated first w/ a 2yr lease w/ being military, ++credit, and great references. Thankful but who knows next go around when we move.
  6. Wow I am on the fence here-Phil is there any hotels nearby? I was the guy that stopped by around Xmas driving from VA beach to Boston.
  7. Nice! Brings a tear to my eye as I had a '94 SS like that w/ mods, then a '96 Cherry that I sold. Sometimes I think MAYBE one again...even my almost 4yr old son wants another!
  8. Very inspirational-stories like yours keep me hopefull in possibly doing something "fun" after I hope to retire from the service in 6yrs. And congrats! Tonight I was out w/ my boy of 3.75yrs eating out and we were making silly faces at a boy about a yr old, driving home I thought O my, you were that small now today we just tried ice skating! The time will fly, enjoy every moment POSSIBLE, and your child will change how you see life once again after this career change starting a new life chapter you're sharing with us.
  9. When I picked up some Adams in NJ, they showed me one of those style brushes and have had good results. Something to consider if you have serious detailing and theirs fits right on the PC. http://www.detailersdomain.com/Uber-Ultra-Interior-Brush-for-Orbital-Polisher_p_754.html
  10. Bought some Adams In and Out 3pk and wheel cleaner
  11. Love those cars! Yes we all wonder what is going on w/ GM but I had some of their cool cars before we've only been left w/ Camaros and Corvettes.
  12. I am sure I will repeat this one again-SILENCE as I am dailing back on the computer. We have had a good week's worth of work so everyone has cleaned up and will have a short day at 1pm today. I am greatful and ready to get home and hit a Cars and Coffee tomorrow in VA Beach!
  13. My MPG's have gotten better over time. Black cars are worth the work and I am sure it will be easy with the Flex you just got.
  14. Good Luck! Hearing stories like yours gives me confidence after the military to work for myself hopefully, be it detailing or from all of my experience.
  15. Started Fall/Winter prepping on of my VWs. The black one:( First thing was the Dawn-being it wasn't washed in almost a month(hold the remarks-I was deployed and then spending family time) and it was a sight to see. Wheels/tires/car got a bath! Luckily I have till Monday off and I can improve my PC polishing skills.
  16. Nice Iron block will rock!
  17. Can you rent an Ozone machine? I think it may be my last resort since I still smell a hint of smoke in my car since I did the FULL detail when I got it Dec and again in May. Sucks when you have a very good nose!
  18. Tune-yes! Don't forget to think about E-fans while you do it. Jump on Tbssowners.com it's a great forum along w/ the members. I thoroughly enjoyed my '06 TBSS to the fullest while I had it.
  19. I have been using that one since using Adams for a yr now, works for the $ until I see any other ones physically I am pleased.
  20. Same here-it's a biotch out there, we just ordered a swamp cooler to help during summer conditions outside when you are working.
