I know this is an old thread but let me first say Flex polisher on the grill, Mook you are a sick man. Second Gina got me the Traeger smoker for christmas. Its is awesome. The green egg seems way too expensive for the small amount of cooking space you get. Plus they are heavy as hell. Just my 2 cents. -

This stuff is great but remember, it is very slick and flammable so Adam advised me not to use it on the black crinkle coat on a Harley, it looked good but that whole catch on fire thing is concerning. I would think the same would apply to the engine compartment of a car.
