  1. Thanks... What about cars you've already done. I've taken my cars up to the BGlaze step, no amercana on them yet. I did apply buttery to the Biscayne...How do I bring the quick seal in on these?
  2. Wasn't sure where to bring the quick sealant in. Here's what I thought... Fmp white pad revive gray pad "per junkman on dark cars" (car is torch red) BGlaze red pad quick sealant americana
  3. A friend of mine brought his 2000 vette over. Very slick car. Rarely driven and usually fair weather only. Hand washed with a little dawn and all purpose cleaner. Red Paint is in great condition. Claying & paint correction not needed. Products I have & where to begin... Porter Cable Detail Spray SSHR & SHR Orange & Green Pad---Not needed FM Polish Whte Pad BGlaze Red Pad Revive Gray Pad Quick Sealent Hex (Never used will be my 1st time) Buttery Hex Americana Hex Your recommendations where to start with the products I have. Thanks in dvance
  4. Thanks, I'll give it another shot. It was not by hand. Did purchase the 4" pads but haven't tried them yet either. dan
  5. Thanks guys, Shine On....Shine On.... dan
  6. Purchased the double shot yesterday of quick sealant. On my classic cars with chrome bumpers should I hit these areas with the sealant?
  7. My 02 has water spots on the hood and trunk that needs some xxxx or something. SHR and SSHR didn't touch them...Any tips???
  8. Have watched some videos before from dylan but can't watch junkmans, get this message (This video is private). Something I need to do? thanks, dan
  9. Can do, thanks guys. Gray pad for the buttery ok???
  10. Don't see you guys talk about the revive much...Since the car has only been hand rubbed thought I would start with FMP then revive just to get a good layer down by machine of these. I thought glaze would be my last application but I can top it off with some BW. Don't have any Americana at the moment. What color pad do you use for buttery? I did the Biscayne BW by hand and it was alittle work coming off. Thanks..
  11. Great forum guys...Here's what I got. Been using Adams polish for about a year. Just picked up a pc and did the line-up on the 64 Biscayne. Really brought out the orange. Still working with the water spots on the 02 vette. Better but still there. I will try SSHR, we'll see. My question is about my 69 corvette. It only has an initial coat of SHR and a few coats of revive by hand and of course detail spray. Going to try the pc on it this wkend. Was thinking I would do MFP/white pad, revive/gray pad and then B-Glaze/Red pad skipping the buttery wax since this car never really sees the elements unless I get caught out. Do I need to use the BW? The other option I thought was Revive-Buttery-Glaze...I haven't purchased any of the sealants yet. I do have SHR in my line-up. but don't think she needs that. Thanks for your help. Here's a couple pic's..A few more in the "My Garage" tab... Dan
  12. I think so to. Had to have the white top also. Wanted a Nassau Blue but couldn't find a vert 6 speed so opted for electron. Now we have the JSB. It would look so nice next to my 69 Lemans Blue...
  13. I was at the Nats South in Knoxville a couple weeks ago and saw this OJ vendor, had to park beside them for a picture...
