Ps. Since it's silicone based: How do you keep from getting some on your rotors?

You guys are going to cost me even more money - aren't you! On cars with very little room between the tire and the wheel well (my 09 Challenger): How do you get in there to spray anything or sponge-on anything? I can barely get a flat hand in there.

It seems like if I even breathe on the plastic lens covers on my dash gauges, they scratch. I have a new car that I haven't touched those lenses yet, and they have that new car fog on them. Is there a 100%, sure fire way to clean them without putting a single scratch in them? Thanks,
