  1. ...sigh... You know how when you purchase a piece of merchandise and see those warning labels or disclaimers and always say to yourself that there's a reason why they have that on there, because of that 1%-2% of people that that have complications or issues with either opening the box, electrocuting, or killing themselves? well congratulations, cause if you needed this video, you are now that 1%-2%. LOL!
  2. Well after noticing that my All Purpose Cleaner was leaking in my detailing carrying bag when I had it lying down horizontally, my bag's can't accommodate the 36oz. bottle vertically, I decided to try out by keeping the red caps on. The smell and loss of product in my bag really is a little heartache cause of how expensive these products are, so I decided to squeeze the bottle slightly place the red cap in and let go. This I noticed helps with suction for the red cap that adds extra prevention in allowing the fluid to leak out, then I just screw on the black cap, and have my sprayers placed separately inside my bag with, them labeled to know which sprayer to use for what. I know that it sounds like over kill, but the last tjing I want is to pay $$for something and have half of it accidentally leak out because I didn't make sure the sprayer was tightened enough. Plus, I've also encountered sprayers that just would leak no matter how tight they were on to the bottle.
  3. WOW! Those CR Spotless systems are nice, but kinda pricey for me. I usually have to go to a drive through pressure wash with the blow dryers to remove water spots after a wash as our entire area in El Paso, TX contains hard water. I pay like $8 a wash every 3-4 weeks to rinse of the Camaro so i am not sure with the price system, plus the replacements products equals out a year on washes.
  4. Got mine in today along with my 1gal of Waterless Wash and 2 Waffle Towels i ordered along with it. The items I received in my mystery box was a 36oz. bottle of Shampoo and All Purpose Cleaner along with an 11x11in wash pad. I am soooooooo stoked that I got the All Purpose cleaner as I really needed some for the engine compartment and the washing products are totally the icing on the cake. Although I finally realized that I shoulda ordered an empty Waterless Was bottle to out my spray in, but oh well. Thanks again Adam's!!!
  5. Hey there guys, I was wondering on what the difference is between the "NEW" formula Detail Spray compared to the old formula. I have 2 bottles of old formula and just received a gallon of the new one and was just curious on the differences and whether if it's okay to put the new stuff in the gallon or mix em together? Thanks Adam's!
  6. The stuff that's all over my car I'm just using one of those compressed air dusters hat you use for computers. It works well but always find the dust somewhere ...sigh...
  7. Took everyone's suggestions and rewatched the videos and I solved the problem. Yes, I was putting too much product everytime I did a new panel and just did an X the first time and everytime afterwards just put three dots in the manner that Junkman and Dylan suggested and that eliminated the amount of dusting significantly. Then once I was done with one side of the Camaro, clean the pad with a bristle brush the next day and did the same process, and no more dusting. Too bad I didn't see the videos mor clearly or researched earlier to prevent this cause now I am trying to air out all of the dry product from the little corners and such. Oh well, you learn as you go right? Thanks for all your help.
  8. Yeah, after the suggestions made above I took a gander at the video and see that I am continually placing the same amount of product everytime. That I will definitely change. What is the best suggestion for proper pad cleaning if I do not have one of the suggested brushes?
  9. It is definitely not the trim that is the issue. I am running into the same situation when doing the hood alone. It could very well be that I may be using too much product on my pad. I use the 'X' placement.
  10. Hello guys, this is my first post and I have a Black 2010 Camaro, so I am really anal about having scratches on my car. I bought myself a kit from Adams' at the Camaro5Fest in 2011 and used the Swirl Haze Remover and it turned out very well, however the next couple of times I used it, I began to notice that little bits of what thought at first was the orange pad coming apart only to then realized that it's the polish that is dusting everywhere. I put the amount of SHR on the orange pad and then lubricate it and it works fine ...at first. After my second third pass the polish already on the car begins to dry out and all of a sudden it begins to dust everywhere. With that I then add another spray of lubricant on the pad and continue but yet it still dusts. Do I need a new pad, new polish? I live in the desert near El Paso, TX and it really gets hot around here and the polish begins to cling onto my paint and becomes very hard to remove. I am telling you guys that this polish gets everywhere and sometimes just fustrates me because it gets in niks and crannies that is hard to wipe down, plus it dusts over places that I have already SHR, Polished and super waxed and I have to wipe down all over again. So what is it that I am doing wrong? Can someone please list or direct me to proper pad cleaning because I though I was following it correctly. Thanks guys!
