My wife has a Kia Optima with the white tri-coat with the pearl, and it doesn't put off that super shine like some other paints. It does look very good though I've noticed those white pearl paints look the brightest under a soft light just as the sun goes down.

Looks nice. Good job. Looks like a good way to get a finger cramp with all the tiny crevices.

Can a person use the 4" focus metal polishing pads to polish diamond plate, or do you think it would rip them up? I'd be using them with a drill. Hate to polish a large toolbox all by hand. Thought about topping it off with QS afterwards. Would that hold the shine longer?

I tried washing mine in warm water with Dawn, and it still has a slimy feel to it. If that wont clean it, I'm not sure what will.

Is this stuff safe if it runs onto an epoxy-covered floor?

So basically it means they still work for pennies, only with air conditioning!

I would love to see the original detail spray come back, and them incorporate the new wax additive in an all-new spray detail wax. Hopefully this could be a future possibility.

Well, I finished my cruiser up a few minutes ago. Worked on it for about 6 hrs. Strip wash, clayed, SHR, FMP, QS, and buttery wax. I only used the fine machine polish on the vinyl and had stellar results. It really helped bring some life back into the vinyl numbers on the roof too. They were looking really oxidized. Chase was right about the quick sealant. All in all, I super impressed with how much better it all looks. I'll try to get some pics posted.

I personally like the old scent better. I don't know if it's just the batch I have, but I'm not smelling pink lemonade, candy, etc. Mine smells more chemically than anything else. I ordered a few bottles of the new, so it will be a few more weeks before I'll re-order. I hope it doesn't all smell like this. The slickness of it is nice. Seems to do what it's suppose to. I'd rather it be scentless than smell like what I have now.

I basically just want to polish the graphics. Just something to kinda make them 'pop' more. I'll give the QS a go and see how she turns out.

Do most detailers apply wax over vinyl? The ones on my car are glossy.

I was wanting to polish some swirl marks out of my police cruiser, and wanted to know if I should stay away from the vinyl graphics down the sides of the car, or treat those like regular paint?

Anyone have an ETA on when this will be back in stock?
