  1. The trick is to remove the film with the adhesive still on the film. Heating the outside of the window up with a heat gun works fairly well most of the time, best thing is to have a steamer though. But of course things don't always go as planned and I may have to try this the next time the film removal process doesn't cooperate
  2. Thanks Eric! It's been painted since I was down for the detail clinic! Looks fantastic now!
  3. Thanks man! Yea there was quite a few of us there under the East Coast Super Sport tent down by Subway.
  4. Though it rained most the day Saturday, Sunday seemed to be a pretty decent day! Some pictures with the new Scotts hood that came out of the paint booth Thursday.
  5. I'll check that out! Keep your eye out for my black TBSS. I'll be in and around an East Coast Super Sport tent that we got! I saw you there last year or the year before but you were chatting with someone and I didn't get a chance to say hey. But I've seen your car a few times now and I absolutely love it!
  6. Will you guys be there next weekend for GM Nationals? And if so will you have the new tire shine? Thanks in advanced!
  7. had another great time at this years show! Great rides as always! Even had Adam come up and point out some swirls the detail spray left on my hood (just black gel coated yet)! Glad to meet and see a few other TBSS members as well! Sorry to Matt and Adam himself for not saying bye! But we went out side and the sky was getting black so we just decided to pack up and leave! Got down the road about 3 miles and it just let loose lol! Again Thank you to Eric and Adam, and the rest of the Thompsons Team for another great show! Always a fun time!
  8. I was there Adam! I did see you but you were busy with poeple so I just did my shopping and when I turned around I didn't see you anymore! But I will be at the Thompsons clinic tomorrow! Looking forward to it!
  9. I was there as well! Got to see Adam which was a nice surprise. I didn't even remember that Adam's would be there lol. And I attend every year!
  10. Thanks Rich! Make sure you come find her at the GM Nationals! I'll be showing again!
  11. Got a new hood for the SS earlier this week and it's been beautiful out every since so it wouldn't be right if I didn't go take photo's of it. Always wanted pictures with this power plant in the back round. Not sure how I feel on the out come of the pictures but some came out pretty good.. Enjoy!! (P.S. she was filthy in these photos! lol)
  12. Looks great! Can't go wrong with a clean white TBSS!
  13. Worth the watch. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10152047047202631
  14. Glad to hear you're getting yours back on the road Mook! And JD did an amazing job on those lights!! He did Dales (buddy I was with at Carlisle) but he just color matched his and did a smoked clear. But they looks awesome!! Let us know how that trans is working for you!
  15. I'd love to say one day I would own one of these one day and hopefully it will be as clean as your's!
  16. Loving the pics Dylan! Wish this show was closer to PA! Would LOVE to make it to this one year!
  17. Chop the suspension was the best thing you've said so far!
  18. This was the first time I used the Deep Wheel cleaner on her car that wasn't at the car wash, Sprayed it on dry. left it turn blood like and just used my garden hose to hose it down. Literally didn't touch the wheels with anything other than cleaner and water when I snapped these. I did use a brush on the tires and a lug brush with some shampoo and some APC after these were taken just to get any little nooks I may have missed. But I'm seriously impressed at how well this stuff works!
  19. Finally got the GF's 2010 Audi A4 in for a full paint correction and some good paint protection before winter get's here. And finally got a chance to use my new Flex I bought from a local member (amazing) Took a few before shots of the car, but haven't gotten around to getting the final finished photo's but she does looks great! But most of you guys probably already know how bad break dust gathers on the Audi's and this one is no different. I mean just look at the photo's, they speak for themselves! Mind you, this is just spraying the Deep Wheel Cleaner on, and hosing off. Not brushes or pads were used. Only thing to touch the wheel was the cleaner and water. Simply amazing!
  20. That look amazing! I'd love to add one of those to my collection at some point in my life. They were the whole reason behind me getting my TBSS!
