  1. Hey Teresa, looks like you are coming to Vegas at a great time, weather report tonight says next week we'll be in the mid 80's! Bring your bathing suit! http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/89101?from=36hr_topnav_undeclared
  2. Yeah, but the Bunny Ranch is outside of Carson City and the Chicken Ranch is in Parumph, NV which is about 86.632 miles from Vegas, give or take a few 100ths of a mile.
  3. I think I saw that disclaimer at the Bunny Ranch, oh no, that was someone that told me he saw it there.
  4. Dang, 47 hour weekend! Oh well, like you say, spring is around the corner.
  5. Nah, I'm a well rounded, sensative, aware, opinionated, horsepower-hungry casino dude!
  6. Probably the only wild animals out there that you may run into are snakes, rabbits, and possibly a coyote. I'm sure there are more native creatures living there, but I've never seen any other than the ones I've listed. The landscape is impressive and there are several Native American etchings on the rocks you will find interesting.
  7. Oh man, I love "Cabo Wabo Blue" frozen margarita! Sammy Hagar did a show at Caesars and that was the drink of choice!
  8. I've got one of the original Adam's Bag's from a few years ago and I can tell you all, the American Quality bag really holds up! One of my Dad's favorite sayings holds true in this case: Long after the cost is forgotten, the quality remains!
  9. I hate to use the term "work", but yes I am employed at Caesars for well over twenty years. I am an electrician for conventions and special events. My hours vary a lot, but I'm usually there in the afternoons to early evenings and off Tues & Wed. Mandaly Bay is a great place to stay, people I know who have stayed there have had nothing but great things to say about the place.
  10. Summers here in the desert can be murder on product. Usually I move all be a bottle of detail spray inside the house for safe keeping.
  11. Middle of March the weather should be good. You'd be amazed at how warm the desert sun can make you feel. Temps could be in the low sixties and if the skies are clear the sun's warmth will make it feel like the eighties! If you are renting a car and you're limited on time, seeing the dam and taking the tour is a worth while trip for sure. Valley of Fire is a nice trip if you have a lot of time on your hands but for me that would not be a "must see." "gamble, drink, gamble, drink, sleep, eat...and do it all over." You will not have any problems finding places to any of the above as well as shopping! Well maybe sleep may be a low priority. Congrats on biting the bullet! I wish you all the best for sure. If you happen to have Caesars Palace in your plans of places to visit during your trip, let me know, it would be cool to meet you!
  12. March is usuaally a mixed bag of weather. I've gone to Nascar (usually the first weekend in March) and have worn winter coats and long johns, and other years I've gone wearing tank tops. Normally middle of March through the first of April the weather is about perfect! When will you be here?
  13. I take the "OJ" defense on everything! Besides, if you don't remember, you can't be guilty!!!!!!!
  14. Good Morning Everyone! First day in about two weeks here in Vegas that the sun is actually shining! We have had no less than seven Pacific storms roll through since the the first of Feb! All the storms that have hit Cali have made there way over here. But all seems good for this week! On a side note, is the younger crowd here familiar with the name "Ed Hardy?" At Caesars we are having his yearly clothing convention and I have not seen such an interest in this line of products ever. I guess I'm out of touch with the latest, of course looking at the t-shirts that are retailing for well above $80.00 and caps that are on the plus side of $60.00 I'm thinking I may be so far out of touch that I'm kind of happy for it! Oh yes, Jockey t-shirts, 3 for $11.00 is a great buy!
  15. All I ever remembered doing was pleading innocent:banana:
  16. I've always been a big fan on "Invisible Glass" but I too have now switched to Adam's Glass Cleaner because it peforms as well as the previous and buying the Adam's Product in bulk really saves on the pocket book!
  17. One here for the more mature group.
  18. Nope, I own a black car now and I have enough to keep a shine on at home! Besides, with the way things are today at my Uncle Caesars, keeping equipment shiny is not one of their top priorities.
  19. That was in Kentucky and there was a trout pond next to the pool. Good eye Teresa!
  20. Good Mornin' backatchya Teresa and all the great people here! 70 here today in Vegas with plenty of sunshine. Good luck to the new 44th President. Whom ever you voted for or your political beliefs, I think we are all wishing the best for President Obama, if he does well, we all will do well!
  21. It was amazing how the PC took all the carbon exhaust off. And thanks!
  22. I wish I had taken a few, but when I started, it was dark outside and I was kind of in a hurry, but trust me, the finish looked desert sandblasted. Thanks!
  23. Three words, tradition, tradition, tradition. Dinner, flowers, and by all means, get down on one knee! Nothing takes the place of really showing her you care about this special moment in both your life times! Good luck and all the best!
