  1. Did you comment "Nice Job" on your own video? Cool vid though
  2. thanks boss thought I had it nailed but just wanted to double check
  3. I have a line-x over the rail liner and a tonneau cover. don't really care about the inside but what is the best product for the exposed bits over the rail? I'm assuming SVRT and it works good but is there anything better?
  4. but that didn't stop me!!! snow banks are still about hood height. I just did a wash to inspect the winter damage and it's not too bad. A couple areas will require the severe, the rest only needs FMP. I can't wait for this **** to melt so I can do my full detail.

pregnant? What do you call a hooker with a runny nose?
  6. Gin and Tonic glows like the revitalizer. I second the gallon of APC. It has many uses around the house, not just detailing.
  7. One other tip. If you plan on taping off trim I would do the svrt later. The tape doesn't stick too well to svrt. If not taping then definitely do it before polish as it doesn't stick to svrt either.
  8. Nah. The clay magic and the patent that is being discussed in this thread. I did a little more searching and see that Adams is made in Japan (did not know that). Clears things up a little. I'm assuming Adams clay is still as good or better but just not made in USA.
  9. I obviously don't know as much about detailing as you guys but what is so special about this particular clay?
  10. expecting a couple more inches before it lets up. This storm will probably dump about 12" by the time it finishes. Looks like we'll have a white Christmas.
  11. Hey everyone. Been lurking here for a bit learning what I can. GMFS and Dylan is what got me started with Adams. I've got the basics but could always use more stuff. PC, all the polished, MSS, shampoo, wash mitts towels etc. Just got the basic kit because I needed more shampoo and it has the buttery and SVRT. Haven't had a chance to test those yet. Here's what I came outside this morning to: when I got to work looks like the MSS is working hard probably 2 months since application and atleast 2 weeks since last wash: here's a couple from sunnier times just after I did the HD front end swap: Looking forward to learning more and maybe helping someone else out.
  12. Welcome from snowy Ottawa I think you need to use the discount code when purchasing the gift card. I just put one in my cart with the code and it said $100 card for $90. Not sure on the tax. I'm also used to taxes only being applied when the card is redeemed. Also, did you know there is an Adamspolishes.CA
  13. Been lurking for a bit, first post though Machine Super Sealant doing work up in Ottawa, Ontario......
