okay so my friend asked me to detail her car, and condition is just awful, rough paint, tons of tons scratches, some are deep and some are not. but what do i have to do for the deep one? how to remove it or at least minimalize it. i know some of might say "why dont she repaint it", its because too expensive to repaint the whole bumper and she's a student. i watched larry kosilla on /drive channel in youtube about paint chip repair thing, but his video was just for a small section this one is quite a bigger section than larry's video. youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6_QkGVyrfY
