That looks about perfect for my Jeep. I like a bit more shine on the car. Sold... now to give Adam's another tithe.

I use Adams glass cleaner and sealant, but I get much easier streak-free results using newspaper to apply the cleaner and buff it to shine, inside and out. Much easier for me than the Adams glass microfiber. The newspaper is finely abrasive and super absorbent. I realize that folks recommend this from time to time with little response, but I thought if you wanted to try an old method combined with a new product, what do you have to lose? It takes me two layers of crumpled up newsprint, rotated to apply/scrub on one side and then use the dry side to buff, and I replace the newspaper about six times to do my small car.

Thanks for such a great write-up! I scraped a thin line of "nail catching" paint injury. I get the prep and finish work, but wondered if you recommend a particular touch-up paint?. The possibilities seem endless with each item touted as superior to the last. The auto parts store brands seem too thick . Thanks for any help.

I cleaned and sealed the windshield, then Quick Detailed the Jeep. Even did the underside of the hood (Can't admit that on Jeep sites! They're mostly into the "mud bling")

Hope I don't make every pro detailer cringe here, but I use SoftScrub on filthy windshields, followed by Adams Glass Cleaner then Adams Glass sealant. Always looks like new. Never scratches. The SoftScrub use was an act of desperation years ago when I lived in Florida and love bugs covered everything. The Jeep needs this a couple times a year due to the near vertical windshield on the Wrangler, the other vehicles get scrubbed only when needed.

I had read a few articles about the increasing use of Adaptive Cruise Control, and how a certain (low) percentage of vehicles using that technology could eliminate most traffic jams. Interesting.

Thanks for that response, Tom. I got my glass cleaning kit yesterday and your method will help me a lot. I already did two vehicles and am truly impressed with the glass cleaner and towel. Time will tell about the sealant, but I have high confidence in Adam's products.

Moxie is a bitter concoction. Was popular amongst the old folks in New England many years ago. None for me, thanks. I had my sons try it years ago, they hated it and still remember the bad taste it left in their mouths.

I have had Otterbox Defender's on three iPhones. They're bulky, and definitely ruin the thin/smooth profile of the phone, but I drop mine while getting in/on/out of the Jeep often enough that I wanted, and got, real protection.

Thanks, I really do want to try some of my Adam's APC, but that may be too strong even if diluted??. Jeep guys/gals like 303 too.
