Given Up on Glass Cleaning Towels
MBX5 replied to scottkalbfeld's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
I've talked with Matt a few times about it no need to guarantee them as they work great on my fish tank lol. Just wanted to let others know I'm still a fan of the old ones. -
Given Up on Glass Cleaning Towels

Sorry to bring this back up top but I've had all kinds of issues with the new towel. Finally got a streak free window but lint was all over. Washed the towels many times and clayed still no luck. Switched back to the old ones and all is good again! -

Just a few from the last trip. It was a real eye opener for my 68 year old mother in law! She did ok but suffered big time on the way down. Most of my photos from the school trip are on slides and a few got tossed out in the trash when we moved (thanks to my wife haha). Ill try and dig a few more up at home.

Nice love the Boucher Tonto trails! Much more rustic and back country than most of the S rim trails. When I lived at the canyon 20 years ago that area was still a bush whack and from a friend I hear it still is rough but fun.

What trails on North rim? I went to school for guiding at northern Arizona University and know the canyon well. Last guide test was 28 days in the canyon. Last summer I took my wife and her mom down Bill Hall, thunder river and up deer creek what a trip they had! Not living in AZ anymore so anytime I plan a trip it's north rim or obscure south rim trails. On our trip last spring we saw 6 people in 6 days other than down at the river.

I did the same thing a few years ago. Our local Mini dealer in CO (only one in the state at the tim) blew me off and the sales guy was a total jerk. I called the manager over and let them have it then told them I would buy my car from another dealer and the had the audacity to wish me luck. Well when I got home I called a dealer in NY as I had a trip planned and ordered my car and got a trade quote over the phone. We did the drive back and all went smooth as soon as we got back I took the new car in for a check up and made sure the manager and sales guy saw me. A few months after I was informed they let them go as a few others complained also.

Do you guys have auto broker people in your area? Let them deal with the headache and get you a deal.

Tornador Cleaning tools
MBX5 replied to 694doorbird's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
I got the Black one a few weeks ago. Loaded up with Adam's APC and it works great for the door jams and other small areas. I also used it on carpets with great results. The main reason I got one was not even detailing. I live in a newer development with tons of dust and my home windows get lots of buildup in the frames. Sure I've used a toothbrush and APC but the Tornador works quicker and blast all the cracks I can't get at. In this photo the right side has been cleaned with APC and Tornador -
Welcome! Great to see more CO people on the boards.

Wow Ephios great job and this is another reason why Adam's rules! Great product and users.
-
Just another reason to give you my money.
