  1. I had gallbladder surgery today and my son is helping me recover “Adam’s style”?
  2. I have been pondering this in my head for a while now and I haven't been able to find a reasonable answer. It is better to just dip your wash mitt/pad in the rinse bucket or to actually scrub it on the grit guard? I have watched videos and have seen both ways of rinsing done. The Junkman actually speaks of scrubbing the mitt on the GG but this makes me wonder if it is worth it. What I mean is would that extra agitation cause some dirt to flow up toward the pad? The dipping of the pad seems to keep it further away from the junk down in the bucket. Now, I realize you are creating "turbulence", if you will, in the bucket either way. And that we are not guaranteed a "grit free wash" by using the GG and the 2BWM. I guess it comes down to preference and how wet you want your arm to get. If you haven't figured it out by now, I tend to over-think things. This only scratches the surface on the things that pop in my head on a daily basis, LOL! EDIT: I just remembered the 2nd part of this. Do you wring out your mitt/pad after the rinse bucket dip?
