Nasty Sent Me

I was refered here by Nasty Z06.

Names Chris and live in sunny SoCal San Diego.

The car is a 2002 35th Anniversary Limited Edition Camaro SS.

I've had it for a while and always keep it looking its best but over time has developed some deeper clearcoat scratches I can no longer hand polish out.

So I'm looking to buy my first PC and Nasty turned me on to some Adams tutorials and looks like a great system. So I signed up and look forward to learning the ropes from the experts here.

The car has factory decals and has some tight areas so might need to add the 4" pads as well.

Anyway glad to be here.:2thumbs:

Welcome Chris, and thanks Nasty (Scott) for the kind referral! I spent much time in Oceanside, and in fact, when I was 21 years old, in 1992, opened the California School of Bartending on Mission Avenue.

Currently, my Dad lives in Carlsbad, and I'm in North County at least 3-4 times every year. Love to shake hands one day, when I go out to take our old Corvette for a spin at the beach!

Welcome!

Love the car. Also love the very subtle factory appearing after market wheels. I kept staring at them and thought, something's different there. When I saw the side shots I finally realized these wheels have a nice dish to them. Love it.

Thanks for noticing, that's exactly what I was going for, I searched for a looooooong time to find the wheel that fit the bill.

Welcome aboard! Sounds like a nice Camaro.

Bruce

lol. ya, dont wanna screw up the front end. I still have yet to see one up there though, better safe than sorry ;)

Awesome car. Welcome to the club. I would get te spot pads. You say you haw a few deeper scratches. The spot pads will get to stubborn ones out when you out then on a drill.

Thanks,

Ya a stealership ran the car through one of there car washes a couple of years back after I said "Don't wash the car".

+ with the decals and various other body lines I've got some tight areas that the 4" would work better, the 7.5" would be to large I think.
