whiterp199
Does anybody want to meet up in the next couple weeks and go on a fall scenic drive. I have got a pretty good route, or so it appears. It is a 120 mile round trip from Elizabethtown, PA up to the town of Shamokin, PA. This is supposed to be one of the best drivers roads in Pennsylvania. Here would be the route. http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?hl=en&gl=us&ptab=2&ie=UTF8&oe=UTF8&msa=0&msid=102641004635898183124.000491e98ca625d0ae895 The start point is negotiable. I figured we could do this on a Saturday or a Sunday have lunch in Shamokin and come back down. I will say I ave not driven this route so it may not be all that good but I imagine you will see one heck of a color show. Let me know what you guys think and maybe we can work something out. Also maybe some of you guys from further away woudl like to all do something where we create our own Sunday drive and meet up somewhere and do lunch or something. I am just throwing some ideas out here. If you all think they are stupid let me know too.

StormChaser
These are not "stupid" ideas!!! I love that idea and man oh man if I had the extra cash I'd be down for a drive like that. I'm jealous....no one here likes to do that kind of stuff. We did part of Skyline last year and it was pretty fun. I posted up a thread again and they wanted to go to the track. BLEH LOL
whiterp199
How far are you from NYC?? According to Google maps three hours. I imagine I could not a few minutes off of that though. Edit While I am thinking about it any chance you adn a certain Z06 driver are goign to make it to the Clinic at Thompson Racing on October 16th. It is only about an hour and a half from NYC and the Junkman is going to be there. http://www.adamsforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8709

I have class from 1230-230 and I think he's going apple picking. It's also the day before my birthday so I'm probably going to be busy that night too. Next time lol
Rich
Sorry no. It's a 3 hour drive just to Etown. And where I live, it could be snowing by then. But I sure hope some others here will chime in with interest. Nice idea you have.
