green-ghost Posted October 25, 2010 Share Posted October 25, 2010 Hi all, Ive been a member of the chrysler crossfire forum for 2 years and have heard great things about this site. I landed a job this past summer at an autobody shop as detailer but got into light repairs too. Im a perfectionist doing the best I can with a small shop and its limited budget, Well we just got a new manager who always seems to trump me on my recon jobs. He IS nitpicky, Hes a painter whos been doing the job for 30 plus years and Im just a retired USAF military police officer finally doing a job I love...ie, he's a detailing blackbelt and Im a whitebelt. Still, he's cool to work with but I just want to be proactive and do better myself. Look forward to interacting with you all and learning the tricks.
