Guest Luke Warmwater
Going to have to figure out how to create this affect. Looks like claymation. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_k2NlHODA4...rel=0&hd=

Team Adam's
Pretty unique. Looks like all they did was speed the frame rate up a bit and use a very unusual focal length.... the result is undeniable, looks very much like stop motion animation of toys. Marylander
The description under the video says he used a "shift lens". I'm not familiar with those, but it's a neat effect.
johnnymossville
I'm an animator/artist and haven't played with a Shift Lens yet, but I could recreate that effect in After Effects pretty easily. That's a really well done video.
Guest Luke Warmwater
I was able to recreate the effect last night with Photoshop. I'm able to do it using gradient andgaussian blur effect. It does require a very specific perspective to make it look good. It seems as though a view from above with lots of depth of field are most easily manipulated to create the desired effect. I'll post some pics later. How they did it with a video I'm not sure yet. Software of some kind I'm sure.
