Back on topic, Adam's customer service is very rare to find, which is why I'm loyal to this business. I think that's part of why I'm so angry about all this. Now a days I EXPECT good customer service and it makes it even more irritating when it falls short. So I guess this means my problem is partly Adam's fault!
